This is my absolute favorite coffee in Salinas. It's only a drive up, so there isn't a restroom, and the selection of food is small. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They remember my order and always ask me sincerely how my day is going. I'm not sure about food. I think they have simple things like cookies and maybe pastries. The coffee is made well and has a nice flavor profile. The only cons for me is; one, they close early. Weekdays @ 4pm and weekends it's 2:30pm or 3pm. And two, I like my coffee a little less hot than they make it. The milk isn't scalded or burned just hotter than I like it. But if I ask for it a little less hot, it's perfect! I definitely recommend checking them out!Wheelchair accessibility: It's a drive up, but folks walk up as well. There are no stairs or ramps to negotiate.

Easy quick coffee. Good prices and large serving sizes for the drinks.When I do see a line of cars I don’t usually wait for more than 10 minutes before I’m getting my drink. Fast service!!The matcha is made with green tea not coffee base.They also take customizations to the order, like extra matcha.
Love Jack's coffee. I've had Gloria jeans,Starbuck,McDonald's,Winchells.jacks coffee is number #1 I just wish they had one in North salinas but until then ill keep going out of my way because the coffee and staff are worth it!
