This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I spoke with Alexis almost 2 week in advance prior to have potatoes ready for a special event I was having for my guest. I made sure to tell him what I wanted and how this was important to me and the guest. He said he will have everything ready to go and I told him I will show up 3pm. I showed up to his crew laughing at me when I told them I came to pick up my 10 potatoes. They continued to laugh as if I was not serious. I told them they needed to call Alexis. He boy kept saying "we still won't have potatoes anyways" that wasn't the point it's the principal. I called Alexis and we spoke and he flat out admitted he forgot. I respect he own it and kept saying he left town and all. I can careless if he left town we had a agreement and he failed. He said "I f$& up" yeah you did and u f%?* my event up also. He didn't even bother to fix the issue. Oh wait...he did want me to drive to Salinas (35min away and 35min back) to get them....come on man, I have an event to attend. So I had to figure out something else 1 hour prior to my event. Never would do business with him. Sounds like a kid who doesn't understand how a business works. Make it right man or some kind of discount would have been nice. How hard is that to say??
