Ordered online through mobile app the policy doesn't say anything about needing the phone the order was placed on, to be present. My father went in place of me waited 20 minutes. Then the manager refused to give him the order and refused to give me a refund. Im Na na na na naaa, im not loving it ): do not condone this type of business practice, do not order here.

Apparently McDonald's is so hard up for money they charge additional 25cents for each sauce. I got 10pc asked for 4 sauce. Charged for two. Lame. Like really? If I ask for three catchup do I get a whole 75cents added? We already pay $10 for a value meal. That's on the franchise owner..cheapskate!

What McDonald's loby isn't open at 6:45am!?????? The worker outside sweeping saw us approaching the locked door and just laughed and said "at 7am". No, its cold, we're tired and we want out of this car. You just lost a customer. I wanted to sit down, have breakfast with my family which ALWAYS leads to ordering more vs. drive-thru order!

Some of these McDonald's are run by different corporate offices in different franchises. Yo coffee shop times would like 86 cents for senior cup, and then it had coffee there for like a dollar, didn't it had a long time ago, they sit there and said you could buy a cup of coffee and you can get a refill now. The coffee's like going all webs like $2 a cup. And you'll get one cup of coffee, sit in your copy's like, 90 cents now, but I'll pay it. 86 cents, you're paying 90 cents.Parking: Sometimes when it's really, really crowded in the air yo, they got those mobile apps

I have never left a review before, but the level of incompetency from the south main location is disgusting. I have never experienced such bad service at any fast food place, and I will give many examples of what I mean. I've worked in fast food, chain restaurants, and even fine dining. Your job at McDonald's is not hard, and it's nowhere near as demanding as working in a restaurant. The workers, mainly the males, are pathetic and rude. One of the most infuriating things to ever happen was one of the drive through window boys forgetting to put a lid on my iced coffee, which resulted in him spilling it all over the front of me, my car interior, and my brand new iPhone 14. When I asked for napkins and explained he spilled coffee all over me, I didn't even get a "sorry" out of him. He smirked. Another incident was when I ordered three meals through the app, and they only gave me two drinks. When I told the manager, and I recently even saw her win some "award" on TV, she accused me of lying. I told her to look in my car! There were only two drinks. She begrudgingly brought me out the one I PAID for and was missing. Then they like to randomly cancel orders, I am not talking about breakfast because yes, I am aware of the 10:30 cut off. I'm talking about orders I have placed around 7 or 8 PM after getting off of a long day at a REAL restaurant. And tonight, I ordered a two cheeseburger meal as I usually do, with extra ketchup since the burgers are very dry without it. Instead of giving me extra ketchup, they gave me burgers without ANYTHING on it! We go back and tell them, and supposedly they're out of ketchup. HOW are you out of ketchup? Someone's too incompetent to correctly do inventory and ordering, CLEARLY. And instead of being decent workers and informing us our order is not how we ORDERED it, they wait for us come back to tell us then. It takes two seconds to let someone know you can't fulfill their order, because I probably would have just canceled it. Pathetic! Then sometimes they've asked if I want my receipt, and before I can even tell them "yes, I would" they shut the window and don't give it. I have calmly and kindly brought these incidents to their attention, to which they just shrug.
