I placed my order at 12:43pm and its 1:27pm the lady at the counter "general manager" is so rude said they never got my order. I showed her my phone receipt and order number and how it was charged. She said we have nothing, we cant help you and walked away. Im NEVER coming here! im in tears i had to hold back my anger because there are kids around, I didnt want to disturb anyone I just walked away. I would give it a 0 if I could.I was robbed of 30 plus dollars.

I was in drive thru I order a breakfast platter. when I got home it was missing my sausage I tried calling McDonalds and phone sounds busy, I don’t think it’s right they don’t have a functioning phone to speak to a manager.
