service is good there the traffic bc of the grocery store there is a bit heavy at times but the customer service is great. Example because the app didn't give me my coupon due to the time not being after breakfast. The manager still awarded me the deal which she didn't have too but still didParking: It has a huge parking lot so just find a spotWheelchair accessibility: It's 100 percent accessible

Wrong order 3 times in a row, its convenient cuz its right next to school dropoff, but done going home 15 mins away to find thet gave the wrong items again. If it was years ago when prices were acceptable i wouldnt care. But $40 for fastfood breakfast Id better get what I paid for. This place is useless.

Turn me down as you go to and selena's, they charge you more for their coffee and less at other McDonald's all McDonald's. He said that are not run by the same manager or the corporate office.
They always get your orders wrong the finds always nasty old and cold tasting they are very rude and disrespectful to everyone and then going through the drive-through when making an order its getting bad everytime you tell them what you want they immediately say is that all or would that be all or anything else I'm serious every single thing you say once your done speaking that specific item and trying to think of what else your going go get they will say anything else or would that be all I'm like nope that's not all I have a big order and alot to get and they still say would that be all every single time you stop talking abd some even ask while your still saying your order its getting pathetic and very annoying they are the only place I know that does this every McDonald's does it , I'm thinking that it's part of their job description to have to ask that or something or they are just teaming up and doing it to aggravate us.

Fast Pace fast food. There's no Love in the food push it out as fast as you can. Only one McDonald's Southside Salinas the manager takes her time talk to the customers nice friendly smiles always there. That's the only Southside Salinas and I live across the street from the boronda McDonald's I will not go there.

Worst experience I've ever had inside. Only ppl waiting for Online Orders. No one else around. So 1st off no staff even acknowledged me for nearly 10 minutes then an employee who look-alike a Mgr took my simple order of a Filet o Fish Big Mac and Medium Fries. Next a customer and a different Mgr start debating over a bad order from outside. Then there's like 8 ppl waiting in line watching...big mess. I finally get my food and get home to find the worst meal I've ever had from there too!! The fries were awfully dried up along with the old dried up fish. Yuck!!!!?
