The manager refused to honor my coupon that was listed specifically for the location. They initially told me it had to be used online and I showed them the coupon details she then said " I don't know what that is". It just sucks that they didn't want to accept the coupon I received for being a member of the CTA (California Teacher Association).

I am rating it one star only because I am not allowed to submit with one star. Worse customer service!!!! We ordered a pizza and they made it wrong. It was a half and half. Instead of leaving the half that was correct, so my 4 year old could eat they took it away. Instead of remaking the pizza they took everyone else's orders they got their pizza while we waited for ours that wasn't coming. We had to ask what is going on with our pizza. It appeared they forgot to remake it. It took an hour later for us to receive our pizza. Don't come here unless you want to waste your money and get the worse service.

I checked the website before 9 pm to see what time this place closed it said closing soon at 930 . It was before 9 pm . When I called they even gave me my name to confirm my order . I was told your pizza will be ready in 25 minutes . I had 2 kids with me that were excited over eating their pizza . I had a confirmation message 854 pm that that pizza was ready for pick up . We got there around 905 om . When we got there the place was closed . The lights were off . I checkers my phone thinking that perhaps I made a mistake and ordered in a different mountain Mike's . Indeed the confirmation was for the constitution site . We knocked I placed and order by phone called at 8:45 and they said and they closed at 930 and we got their at 9:10 and they said it closed at 9 so we didn't get our pizza. They told us that they closed at 9 . I told the gentlemen that their website says closing time is 930 pm . I asked to speak to the manager . He says he was the manager Carlos . He didn't give us our pizza and wouldn't check into it . I think that instead of arguing and justifying that they closed early that the my had a paper sign in their door closing at 9 . He could have just honored our Oder and handed our pizza instead . It's disappointing because we have held large group gatherings their for basketball and birthday parties before and have patronized this site . This was not a good experience . We went back home without our pizza that he had ordered to enjoy with the kids after a movie night .

Called in because we hadn't received our order in over an hour, the first thing they do when they pick up the phone is tell me that they're closed for the night. Then I tell her we had placed a delivery order online over an hour ago and the girl on the phone tells me they're not doing delivery, only pick up. again, I tell her that we placed the order an hour ago online and their system allowed us to place for delivery. She said that if we wanted to we could go pick up the order. So they knew we placed the order, made it and had it ready, didn't even bother to call us to let us know and planned to close up for the night, again, without a call back???? I get it, it's Christmas. But if you signed up to work, the bare minimum customer service should be expected.

I came here once before. Good food and fast service. But this time the wings look like the bird was beat up and starved. LOOK!
Service was horrible order pizza, wings and bread sticks for dine in im pregnant they brought the food to the table everything was cold complain to them and they told me that I would run a risk of having my food burn if they warm it up the manager Carlos wasn’t no help at all he said he was only able to give me back $10 from a $52 order and my whole food was still cold he didn’t warm it up they took the pizza to the back left it there for a while I was thinking he was going to warm it up they come back with the same cold pizza don’t recommend this place my daughter was also disappointed all the arcade games were off please check your food before walking out with it or even dinning in cold pizza ☹️

My family patronize this location off Constitution Blvd. because it's close to our home and my nephew loves pizza. My nephew went to ask for a fork tonight and the manager would not even give him one because it's "only for people that orders salad!" Can you believe their company policy if it is? One plastic fork that I could have gone to Panda Express (next door) and would have gotten one! Common sense should trump policy over ONE PLASTIC FORK. They just lost us as their frequent customer. Bring your own fork otherwise.

We ordered veggies pizza it was burnt...Called and they didn't want to help us...When my husband when to pick up our pizza it took them 5 mins to greet him bc they all where watch wrestling... July 14 2023 ..No wonder our pizza was burnt ...Bc there so busy watching TV....I would give a 0 stars but I can't but I'm done ... and I'll be telling everyone about what happened to us
