I literally downloaded Yelp just to leave this review. This place has the best pizza I've ever eaten... In fact, I'd go as far as to say this place sells the best FOOD I've ever eaten. I'm more than happy to drive 20 minutes to get pizza from this place. It's pretty much always ready in time (if not early) and it's never too crowded to get in and out quickly. Whenever there's been anything wrong with my food, the employees polite are quick to fix it. On top of that, the prices are pretty hard to beat. I'm really happy this place is still here, and I hope it never leaves.

Ordered the Family meal deal on line, called the store to make a change to one of the pizzas, the person who answered the phone, who i could hardly hear, said no problem. I show up to get the pizza and they don't have my order, maybe itdidnt go through. Wtf, the person who was behind the register asked if I wanted to place an order, well f****** duh, I want the family meal bundle. Cost twice as much. Thats only online. Maybe you should honor the online deals as well.This place has gone to s****

This is by far the worst papa murphys I’ve been to. The staff seriously is awful. It’s a bunch of teenagers that have no people skills whatsoever. The first time I went, there were 3 teens behind the counter swearing up a storm. (I don’t have a perfect mouth, but know where it’s appropriate). They didn’t greet me, they acted like I wasn’t there and kept talking. They were out of 2 of the toppings we wanted. We decided to try it again because I love papa murphys but we won’t be back. The second time, another teenager with absolutely no communication skills. I couldn’t hear a word she was saying and was unfriendly. I ordered 4 pizzas online and had a pick up time for 3 hours later and got there on time, they had not even starting making the first pizza. This really was irritating because I drive 25 minutes to come here and I tipped well online.

Why would you order there and wait there while it's being made when you can order ahead and just pick it up. It's awesome. I would not sit there and wait for a pizza that isn't even cooked!

Sorry to say but Pappa Murphys has gone downhill, not only are the pizza quality but the cleanliness and customer service. I've been a loyal customer for years and was so shocked by the unreliable, irresponsible employees. They don't care and don't realize that their actions reflect on the business. Such a shame. I order a regular crust and got an extra thin crust!! Ask for owners name since they've switched and youn man wouldn't provide me with one, he knew it wasn't for any positive feedback I'm sure.
