This is for the mall location, I just witnessed the cook go from cooking to cleaning all without washing his hands. He was touching the pasta and other ingredients with hid baree hands before placing them in those metals training ers then grabbing the mop and mopping then cleaning the counters then touching the food again with his bare hands, no gloves and no hand washing. Sat here for about 30 minutes while waiting for my ride to pick me up so I just witnessed 5 orders get made with no proper food handling

If there is lower than zero stars I will give it to this place. I ordered Mariscada pasta based on the description that it is not spicy. It turned out to be spicy. You should be honest with your description. Do not go to this place.Dietary restrictions: Did not indicate that item was spicy.

I don't recommend I found a cockrouch in my shrimp fetuchini they use a towel to clean there hand its inside the mol and he touches the food with his hands and it's disgusting I don't recommend I OLMOST GOT

This place is such a joke, i was at the register to order and I stood there for about 25 mins and no one came out but I hear dishes being washed so I know it was open, there was people behind me as well waiting, and the only reason a worker came out was because I called the place... she came out to answer the phone. I was so mad I told her "don't answer it it's me calling" and to top it off no apology just attitude when taking the order. When I sat to eat I observed them, people would walk up wanting to order and the cook would just look at them and go to the back or would go up get a drink and go to the back. This place has such horrible customer service.

I would always go to this place, but ever since they opened up the spot in the mall it went downhill. I’ve had horrible customer service and I’m not one to speak up. Placed an order at 6:14 for pick up and not once did they tell me it was ready. They called me at 7:01 saying they are closed and if I am going to pick up the food. I drove from Marina to the mall and I explained where I’m coming from and the lady said it’s fine and she’ll wait for me. When I showed up no one was there, kept calling the number and no one would answer. A few days later, I tried calling for a refund and they said it can’t be issued because they texted me several time and not once did I get a text message. I am very upset, not going back again.
I came to the Pasta Mia at the Northridge mall and got a regular chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It was very watery and tasteless. No flavor what so ever. Almost tasted frozen. Would not recommend.

I have really enjoyed Pasta Mia every time I order out from them. My go to favorite is their Castroville pasta which has artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes with chicken. Tasty and a large portion. Usually have leftovers.

Called to ask if i should make a big order a day early or the day of, the girl that answered told me it would be okay ordering a day early so i did that. went to go pick up my order today and they tell me theres no order under my name, exactly what is didn't want to happen and exactly why i asked that girl why i asked, if it was gonna be such a problem she should've just told me to order day of
