Went for the lunch buffet. All of the pizza's were cold. We did ask for different pizza and she made one.Purchased a beer and had to go back to the counter to ask for it.The restaurant and bathrooms smelled like sewer. Very disgusting when trying to eat.We were the only two people in the place. Will not go back.

All in all, the food really tastes good. The cinnamon bread was dry, it didn't have any glaze on it.
My experience here most recently on 12/03 Sunday to attend a Celebration of Life hosted for a family friend. While over there, it was also a 49ers VS Eagles game so the place already having lots of SF 49ers fans to support and cheer for their team. Amidst all our Hi and Hello to our friends and family, I unknowingly had left my sunglasses someplace on the delivery counter while grabbing plates or drinks and not realized it wasn't on me anymore. Party finished in a couple of hours for us and we left but lots of other people were still there till closing time. That was Sunday. Today is Wednesday evening and all through Monday, Tuesday, I kept looking for my sunglasses and kept thinking I could have left it here or there but never found it at any of my usual places i thought I had left them. My wife traced my events since Saturday the day before Sunday and all through today but couldn't nail it until she tracked it to the Sunday Noon when we were at Pizza Factory. She insisted that we place a call to Pizza Factory to see if it was left there and someone found it and turned it in to management. She called and spoke with a Crystal (not sure if I spelled correctly) and asked if someone found sunglasses left behind on Sunday. She confirmed and asked for Make And Color. My wife confirmed that it was my Sunglasses and told her we would be promptly over to pick them up. I went there got my sunglasses and thanked them but they didn't know who found it or turned it in. ***** The time I'm taking to give them a review is to highlight that even with a busy game day weekend and 3 days after, the honesty still prevails here for my sunglasses to be found without anyone giving it away or just taking it since someone left it. This Honesty here with the staff is just my personal reason but before this incident I've been here several times before as I live in the area and the Food and Beer here is amazing. Service is top notch and we have had Fund Raising Campaigns for Mayoral Candidates, School Cross Country Season End Parties and not to mention everything in-between. What I'm trying to say by this review is that my visits here do no justice to the place and it's people that work here. Go ahead and give them a try and you will not be disappointed. What Goes Around Comes Around and what is meant to be, nobody can change it or take it away from you. The sunglasses were a Father's Day Gift from my Daughter, Son and Wife and I will definitely cherish finding them back because of Pizza Factory and their wonderful staff. Oh my wife too for not giving up finding them. 10/10

Ordered spaghetti for the first time and it was magnificent. The Garlic Breadstix and Pepperoni Pizza made for a Fantastic lunch!

First of all if you ever want to place an Pizza Factory order through Grubhub beware of this location. My mother ordered ravioli and twisty bread from this Pizza Factory location due to the South Main Pizza Factory having a power outage resulting in Grubhub transferring her order to this location and waited and waited and waited. When my mom finally got her order of ravioli and twisty bread Mom discovered that there was not much cheese on the ravioli and she only got three pieces of ravioli and it made her shocked. We have been Pizza Factory fans and this was the first time my parents had ordered from this Pizza Factory location and needless to say we will return to ordering from the South Main location but for anyone ordering Pizza Factory through Grubhub avoid the Natividad location whenever possible

Great pizza , great atmosphere, great sports bar ! I always eat here all football season ! My favored Pizza is their pepperoni pizza ! My second favorite is the pizza factory special it includes a pizza of choice ., chicken wings , bread sticks and 4 sodas or 1 pitcher of beer of your choice ! This my Sunday football special ! I love all the employees always polite and always willing to help ! The special is $54.99 or $59.99 it's a good deal ! Love this place !

Pizza Factory here in Salinas is always one of the best pizzas in Monterey County. There's a young lady that's tossing the dough, she's incredible, whenever she's working I know the pizza will be perfect.
