worse place ever. i travel with husband for work. salinas was our mid way to our destination so we stoped to get a showered and fuel up . i was assigned shower 4 the . number was on a screen i walked to the shower , put the code as i open the first thing i see was some white substance on the toilet.(yes it looked like semen ) i was perplexed i couldn't believe what i was seeing i proceeded to walk to the sink . then the shower just to confirm what i was thinking since i stepped in !It was DIRTY had not been clean at alll! and they had the nerve to assign that for use!! i walked outside i went to the person on the front, told that the shower was still dirty if i can please be re assigned another shower, he proceeded to ignore me and be on his phone. i was in such disbelief when i see the manager he walked to the shower and him too! he didn't even apologize or anything on the contrary he made me feel like if did the wrong, he then started arguing with the janitor. then the janitor started giving me attitude telling me it hadn't been cleaned to step outside. i asked if i can use another one that is clean he Said No ! fast forward no one re assigned me another shower! my husband walked in to hold the door so i could just wash my hair. honestly i don't think it was ethical from any of them. not even apologize or offer a different shower literally was forced by necessity and lack of their professionalism to use that nasty shower. its an insult for the amount of money spent at their station plus the fee to use their nasty dirty semen filled toilet and hairy floor and showers .

This review is only for the Cinnabon counter at the Pilot Travel Center.Stopped in the PTC for gas, and the Cinnabon buns aromatic scent stimulated my olfactory senses. The Cinnabon branded buns and rolls are freshly made onsite. The staff was very friendly. There are several tasty options available. They offer a four-pack of minis, full size cinnamon rolls, to cups of Cinnabons laced with white icing, caramel or both.Quite delicious.

We still prefer this station when passing through Salinas. We tried the ARCO across the street - won't be returning there. Pilot has recently remodeled the storefront exterior, and made some changes to the interior, as well.The restrooms are usually pretty clean. The shelves are stocked with snacks and some necessities if you forgot them on your trip. A Subway shares the space on the left side as you enter.Coffee service, cold beverages, some light food items and sweets are the mainstays of the convenience store. And lotto tickets, of course!The gas lanes only have one pump each; two would be nice when it's busy. Their prices aren't the lowest, but they are on the lower side of what's available nearby at the same exit.As there is a car side and big rig truck side to this "travel center", it's usually very busy. Be careful and aware when leaving as large trucks are all over the area!

The staff is trying their best. But there is remodeling in the store. Still have plenty of snacks. Sketchy people are there at night. No more extended parking on the car side. Twenty minutes limit. That does help when the people that would homestead in the parking lot. Still best fuel prices especially if you have the rewards.

We have now stopped here three times in the last three months and their pumps will not take loyalty cards. When you go inside and ask for help the employees stand there behind the counter looking at you like you're speaking a foreign language they're dumber than marshmallows. The machines also won't print out receipts and if you ask for one they say they can't print it out. The restrooms are never tidy definitely not a regular pilot stop. We tried three times we will never stop here again.

Worst pilot in California by far. For the past month and a half I've stopped here weekly but not any longer it's one of the most unfriendly places I've been the door where the truckers come in is always locked and or blocked as it currently is now and has been since I've started coming here so you have to walk around to the main entrance you also have homeless people sitting on your sidewalk people standing in front of the main door smoking weed and trying to sell you things definitely not a good look

Awful pilot, I travel along the coast and at times will stay at truck stops and stay the night, well I was woke by a tow truck driver saying everyone had to leave, upon speaking with the blue haired manager she said that they don't allow over night parking fyi this is the first pilot I have ever not felt welcome and I've traveled across the us multiple times

F*** TEENA! Whoever the f*** she thinks she is, she needs to calm the f*** down. She has no right to be talking to people the way she does. She seriously needs to be disciplined by whoever is in charge of this pilot. Not even saying fired...someone just tell her to calm tf on the way she talks to people!
Area is usually sketchy at night to homeless people so this is a place for truckers, if not go next door to Arco. Semi clean area & decent staff service, but I'm here if nowhere else to go.

Made a stop here on my drive south. It is big, clean, and right off the highway. It looks like they have other amenities other than gas given the size and name. It was super windy but I have started expecting that it is much cooler and breezier in this area compared to the bay area.

Really good travel spot you can tell by how many people are here. Heavy traffic with trucks which is good but food is perfect and service is fast

I got to this pilot, I was hoping to find restrooms that would have showers. this location does not. however, it does have plenty of space to wear you can park and it's away from the general traffic at the gas pumps
