Drove 20 min to pick up my pizza only had my id on me so didn’t give food , next time maybe call and say I need physical card since I only had it on my Apple Pay .

Wednesday 28th 7:30 pm.For starters the restaurant seems to be in need of a deep cleaning. Staff not so friendly. After dining in (40 min later), requested out to go order that they forgot to make. Excuse - we were to busy. No sir, you just forgot. Busy with one other table in restaurant, and haven’t heard the phone ring at all, and talking /texting on personal device in back that I can clearly see.When food was served how do you expect us to eat it….? No plates we’ve.The staff has no personality .Secondly- if you like eating greasy pizza this for you . It’s like drinking oil straight from the bottle .

First time we ordered this pizza it was delicious so I got it again. The pizza is SMOTHERED in sauce (picture for reference) and this was after I took some off. Super disappointing and not enjoyable.

They did not make the pizza right the first time and forgot my ranch dressing, but they made up for it by remaking the pizza and delivering it to me with my ranch. The pizza was excellent and was the best you can get in the city of Salinas, CA. Service was outstanding and they did everything possible to make the customer happy without any complaining. Great job everyone! Thank you!!
I had an absolutely terrible experience. We came and ordered a few pizzas and a salad. We asked once about the salad and they said it would be a few minutes. We proceeded to sit down and wait. By this time not one but BOTH of our pizzas had already came out and had been more than half eaten. We asked again about the salad as one of our family members was waiting to eat. The "person in charge" by the name of Michael proceeded to be VERY rude and told us "I can give you a refund or how about you sit down and wait a few minutes" then proceeded to be very very upset with us as if it was our fault. How in the world did it take them 50 minutes to make ONE SALAD????? We're they in the back growing the lettuce?? Won't EVER be coming back to this establishment. The rest of the staff was very helpful and nice. But Michael with the frosty tips proceeded to sit there and give us dirty looks and talk about us amongst the other workers. Very terrible customer service from him. I would suggest he needs to be terminated or at least de-promoted from his position that he clearly doesn't know how to handle.
