I felt like I was in an old Straw Hat pizza place (colors). Nothing was updated or freshened up as far as the atmosphere is concerned. I really enjoyed the many TV screens. I ordered a 12-inch combo. I thought it was very good. Wife and teen didn't think so. Not the best, but certainly not the worst pizza I've ever had. Was charged over $2 for a can of Coke. Was charged $8 for a salad.

I used to love this place, we ordered from them for so long but sadly they didn't make it through the pandemic without sacrificing service and quality. Now, I am not going to bash the workers, if they are young kids or older folk doesn't matter, here lies a tremendous failure of leadership and ownership. There is always something they ran out on the menu, the food is subpar to what it used to be yet the prices went up and the service is just lacking. The reason we stopped ordering was when we ordered one day and they said the usual 50-55 minutes which is not bad, but when the 50-55 minutes turned into an hour and then an hour and a half we decided to call and just like another person mentioned here they had forgotten the order, so now we had to wait for them to make our food and then deliver it. So we wait for about 30-40 minutes and the driver shows up and he is missing part of the order, so we have to wait for him to go back to the restaurant and bring it. I really want to stress how nice the drivers have always been, they are tops and if we miss anything from this place is them. As a consumer I get that this place is more expensive because it offered more quality than let's say Domino's but never forget that if there is one thing Domino's have is consistency and getting what you order in a timely manner with no problems each time and every time counts big time. In the end the test for everything in life is during harsh times, when things are ok there is no challenge, Ryli's raised their prices, lowered the quality and disregarded service so there is no reason for me to go back and remain a patron when I was passed the bill for their hardship.

I've been ordering pizza from this establishment for a while. Tonight was the last time I step in there. An order was placed at 6 pm told it would be 30 minute wait. I arrived at 645 and the cashier said it wasn't ready yet. I wait for another 30 minutes, go ask and one of the guys says there's no order under my name. The cashier lied to me and there was never a pizza for me. Extremely upset and disappointed! There was another customer with the same situation as mine. We both canceled our orders. This place is managed by a bunch of high schooler.

This used to be a great place to eat. Calm and relaxed neighborhood environment. That part is still there. Unfortunately, the price and quality of the pizza has decreased substantially since COVID. I understand supply chain and other factors put pressure in the small business owners like this establishment, but when the quality of your product starts to suffer and the price is +30% more than others similar business, you need to revaluate what you can cut for the sake of cost. Hopefully the pizza quality rebounds

This is a great pizza restaurant. Whether it's delivered, picked up, or lunch buffet, every time I get a meal from here it's delicious. I have found the crust a little too done for Mt tastes and they always replace it without an issue. Things happen and Noone is perfect so I don't feel like these incidents are a reflection on the business or employees. Prices have gone up, unfortunately that is just inflation and I would expect that as it costs more to produce everything they would need to charge more to stay in business, no complaints about higher prices, it's not a reflection on the business. The times that I have gone in to eat or place an order I was impressed with how well they kept things clean, that alone is enough for 5 stars.
