The “BEST” Salmon tacos I’ve had minus the bacon since the only meat I eat is seafood! I like to get a side of chili oil to give it a bit of a kick! They also have veggie options which is a plus for me!Vegetarian options: The menu changes on Tuesday but they do have a vegetarian option as well

If you’re looking for really good (fancyish) tacos this is the place! Everything is SO good. Fusion is definitely the correct word to describe it. Fresh made corn tortillas, you can’t go wrong. A little expensive but worth it and even more so on discounted Taco Tuesdays. Also REALLY happy to report they use plant fiber to-go boxes!! Huge plus! The wait is pretty quick and it’s settled at a super convenient location in South Salinas. Only wish they were open a little later!

The food is amazing, some of the best tacos and mulitas i have ever had! I get the pollo tacos each time and they are perfect and the asada mulita and the mulita is to die for ! I have dreams about it! The mulita is usually only served on Tuesday but i went today, on a Saturday and tired to order one and the employees offered to make me one with a regular tortilla instead of the corn one! Above and beyond service, they could have said no but went out of their way! I love this place and will continue to come back every week! I can never find service like this anymore! Thank you!

I had been eyeing this food truck since it debuted and I finally got to try it at the fall festival event in the rodeo. I tried 3 different tacos and none of them disappointed! I really need to try the seafood tacos and all the other menu items. It's that good!

Fresh. Fast. Simply Delicious! Enjoyed 3 tacos: Pollo, Al Pastor, and Chicharron. Their Orange Salsa is spicy and addictive.
Worthy ! We enjoyed six different tacos all with their own unique flavors. Greeted with smiles and the service was painless. The truck was spotless clean and the simple easy to understand menu was welcome. Back to the taco's, delicious. Every one has a distinct flavor profile not just in the taste the protein but the total build. Well done. They don't get seem to get in over their heads with a huge menu of things rarely ordered. Stay with the basics, level up and present well. That's what I think they do. Parked two miles from my home, perfect. Last words...worthy.

The chicharron tacos are so good. I have also tried the jalapeno cheese tacos. Those are tasty too; however, are above my spice level.
