I go once a week, and get iced coffee. The people treat you really good, and the service is fast. If you wanted to you could have breakfast lunch or dinner with the selection they have. There's free WiFi for everyone that doesn't want to unplug lol

Today 12/13/2023 My experience with one of the employees in this place was very bad, I ordered 2 drinks, one of them was a regular coffee with the cream and sugar on the side, when they delivered my order I decided to prepare it at that moment, when I realized Mind you, the glass was filled to the top so I had to pull it a little to be able to put the ingredients in. At that moment I realized that the coffee was cold, so I leaned in and told this lady that the coffee was cold, so if I had Could they replace it? I asked her nicely. I never offended her, much less yelled at her, because when she answered me she told me if you order hot coffee you have to wait 5 minutes or they can return the money to the cashier. She was very rude, even yelling at me. She told me things, I don't understand how they can have this type of staff in this type of establishment, at least this lady needs to learn what customer service is like, not act like she did, I approached the cashier who, by the way, did Contrary to her, this boy was very kind when assisting me, I asked him for my refund because I didn't have the time to wait, he went and I told the manager, she asked me what the reason is why I want the refund, I began to explain to him in That's what the girl says and starts yelling at me back and saying that I had yelled at her when it wasn't even like that. I continued to soften with the manager and told her they shouldn't have staff like her, then the manager told me I don't think you'll I have yelled, my employees are not like that, so I looked at the cashier and I asked him yes or no, he yelled at me and he recognized it at that moment and said yes, yes, I yelled at him and that should not happen, at least to my knowledge, that is not like that and even though This guy is just starting out at this Starbucks. He was much better, he was kind, respectful, and better with customer service, unfortunately for people like this lady, people like me are instantly disappointed because you expect to receive good service.

Floors and tables were a bit messy apart from that everything else was great they took my order quickly and handed me my coffee out in a matter of minutes great please just needs some cleaning

Ordered 2 Venti drinks. And she charged me for the venti yet only gave me Grande!! No wonder she didn’t want to give me a receipt! Good thing I paid with card and they can see but that’s ridiculous!! I checked online to see how much it would be for my drinks just how I ordered them and they where the exact 14.something. And to top it off it’s only full 3/4 of a cup. I definitely will not be going back here!! I rather driver to a further location than going there where the employee rather have her phone on the counter than really pay attention to the customers..

It was a pleasure stopping into a Starbucks that actually knew who I am. The heat was pre heating the dining room along with my grande cup of ice. I felt like royalty. Also every chair with plugs happens to have customers sitting at them that hadn't been utilized. The remaining chairs open didn't have accompanying power outlets. To the customers please don't blame Starbucks for your carelessness, accompanied with judgemental filthy comment on worldly views. You were amazing Starbucks as usual.

Always busy, pre orders are quick. If you pull up to order it takes a lot longer. So far they always have what I want. Not often sold out of items.
