Second time I ordered with light ice and it comes full of ice. We call and talk with Jose (store manager) and he says bring the drink back and we will give you another one. Then I call back and tell him I'm supposed bring the drink and grab another for your mistake, where's the compensation in that for your guys mistake? He said we will give you a new drink and a recovery card....point is I specified light ice, the cup was nearly full of ice. And only like a cup of liquid in a Venti sized cup....I'm not paying for a cup of ice!! Would give no stars if that was an option. Something should be done about this.

I’ve came here 4 times in total my whole life and all those 4 times it’s been a bad experience. No matter how clear and how many times I repeat myself, they never seem to get my drink right, not to mention that the workers take their sweet time doing the drinks. It’s always packed inside and I’ve had to wait about 10 minutes for an iced water only to get straight faucet water. And let’s not get started on the drive through because the line is always long, mix that up with slow workers and that’s a recipe for disaster. I’ve given them my card to pay (drive thru) for a drink that is around $5.00 only to come to find out I wasted $8.00. I do not recommend as I think they used my card to tip themselves! and I never wanted to tip them, maybe they would get a tip if they did their job right.

Normally everything is great based on my experience. Tonight unfortunately I had ordered 4 drinks and one of them got mixed up with someone else’s order. I realized once i got home and went back only to find out that they had already closed the drive thru lane and the store was already closed. I could not bring it to their attention and now I have something that I dont like.

Right ne t to the gym it's so perfect, Dark roast with 2shots of expresso all day.......Vegetarian options: They have the impossible breakfast sandwich, that's all I need it is delicious.

Very nice service! Super nice people! Very chill, very friendly, and super peaceful place to study! Usually come here right after work. They never fail me with my go to which is the iced toasted brown sugar oat-milk shaken espresso :) their mocha cookie crumble is very good too! And as for a hot drink the caramel brûlée is very great! These are some of my favs! :)

PLEASE READ!!!!Please do not give them your card! Make sure that card stays in your hand at all times. I went this morning, got a medium drink and a sandwich, which was all $11. I pull up the the window, she hands me my drink, I give her my card without even thinking about it (bad idea) and then she hands me my sandwich, which turns out not to be what I ordered( but it’s food so no big deal). Then she hands me my card back super fast and closes the door which I thought was weird. Something told me to check my balance on my card and turns out the girl tipped herself maximum amount without asking me!!!! If she would have just asked I would have given her a tip. My order went from $11 dollars to $18!!! That $7 dollars is what I could have used to get a whole different drink!
