Got a cup full of ice instead of with the drink I asked for. Not sure why there was more ice than actually drink and I got a venti mango dragon fruit with lemonade. Didn’t have noooo lemonade tasted disgusting and the ice didn’t help, never going back.

Store outside is filthy outside cups and trash all around the drive-through area. Very upsetting seeing the how dirty this location does not respect the sherwood plaza value. Starbucks cups are all through town on floor and not encouraging customer to help placethere red cups in the trash. This is a location are lazy. Everyone there is not happy no sile no encouragement not engaging to customer about new drinks. No giving great recommendations to match a drink to pastry very disappointing. If I could give ratings to each individual worker I would. This rating specifically goes to one individual my daughter and I encountered. We were both on our way back home and we decided to stop by for starbucks early in the morning, and some terribly rude lady at the window was giving us so much attitude I could tell her coworkers were doing their absobest around her but the lady at the window was absurdly rude giving that nasty attitude to the drive thru people. If I could give the lady at the window a rating it would be zero stars. This is utterly unacceptable behavior. This occurred around 9:12 am. To whomever this was needs to get let go. Unacceptable nasty behavior.

They were out of half and half but offered sweet cream which is usually an upcharge. My drink is wrong about 45% of the time I come here but it's one of the only drive throughs.

If i can give this place a negative review i would . Worst customer service ever!!! And starbucks is all about their customer service. Briana the manager needs to get fired for the way she talked to customers. Jaelyn as well need to be fired. Would not order from here ever again.
