Former employee of 5 years and it was the worst job i ever had. The owner “Juan ramon de la torre” underpays his employees and offers no competitive wage compared to other nearby business. There is no commission or compensation on all orders made by the taqueros. The owner owns the ATM’s as well. Worked for 5 years and only got $1.50 raise through the 5 years of hourly wage employment. There are no management or supervisor opportunities within the franchise because those positions go to friends and family of the owner. There was constant harassment on behalf of other employees as well. The manager Eduardo Macias and the Taquero Miguel Marquez were stealing money from the owner every day and forced other employees to assist in their crime. Got tired of making 700$ every 2 weeks and decided to leave.

Very bad service, they didn't have my order, I was waiting a long time and they didn't even give me my money back. I just went to waste my time and money.
Hands down still the best taqueria and reasonable prices. My all time favorite is still El Charrito for their Chile Verde, but Super Taqueria has the best cabeza, language, buche and asada super tacos. They also have potato flautas, another favorite. You don't have to go to LA for good, authentic Mexican street food. ? Their lines are long but move fast. They stay on top of cleaning their salsa station. I would never dine in because it's simply too packed.Vegetarian options: They don't specify vegetarian but the potato flautas, or bean, rice and cheese burritos are all delicious!!Parking: Super busy, but if you're patient you'll see people drive in and out quite often.

I’m only leaving 3 starts because of their customer service. Their food is delicious but their staff is rude and lack customer service. They’re also becoming tacky with their salsa. It’s reminding me of Mc Donalds. I’ve ordered two super burritos and they only give me two salsas. One per burrito. Definitely not enough. Every time I come here, their cashier is so rude. It doesn’t matter which cashier they’re rude and not friendly. Please remember that you applied there it’s not our fault you hate your job. Management needs to train their staff on how to be welcoming and provide better customer service.
