Yet another place in the seaside being strange towards black people.They said they were fully staffed one week when I asked to see the Manager about applying seeing the now hiring sign to be told right after that they som how hired four new people the previous day so they are not hiring I should have come earlier she said forgetting that I was there before.Found out from one of the local workers (asked I didn't say job or name but thank you for input) that they only hire "there kind" and they have to be high schoolers... Just take the sign down and close the lobby and be a drive through. Seeing as they try to push u to use the kiosk so they can focus on drive through since they are willingly understaffed as is most of Fremont Blvd .. this is a very divided community and I've lived in some places racist places in my time but here just seams like everyone hates everyone and make it worse for each other at every chance they getWheelchair accessibility: It has that so they can tell u not to come in I guess

I order and after a few minutes I ask them about my order! They said they did not have any order under my named! In a really rude way!!! They did find it after a few minutes, but the ladies are super rude! Well never go back! Management should be more strict about customer service

Well, it's a great grab and go if you're not worried about your stomach. It fills a need for the local high school population nine months out of the year. Basic burrito and tacos. The service is okay assuming they can pronounce your name. The interior dining area is okay. Brown decor makes you want to stay here all day.

Not sure what the point of having the pick up station at the cashier if u still have to wait over 5 mins for someone to acknowledge u and then they can look for ur order and hand it to you. It takes the convince out of the grab and go station. No ever greets you like customers are invisible

They close at 3 am and I arrived at 1:30 am and the lady who was there did not want to serve us, she just hid so as not to serve us. You should have better service with your staff.

Rolled up to the drive thru window to order food on my mountain bike. The lad at the window didn't miss a beat. Instead of telling me he won't be serving me because I wasn't in a mo t or vehicle, he tool my order and gave me the food. Sweet cuz I don't feel like arguing, I felt like eating. I was stoned and hungry.
4 star rating is relevant to Taco Bell. By no means should it be compared to a 4 star rating of a casual or fine dining restaurant. It's fast food, but this one is decent. Order accuracy, speed, service all on par.Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot, and the drive thru is separate from the lot - where some places you have to go thru the drive thru just to get out even if not ordering once you pull in.

Always go kind of late but the guys working the drive-through are very polite My order is always correct and the quality of food is always good. This is the best Taco Bell in Salinas.

Everything was terrible about this location from not completing order, to having single stall locked bathrooms u can't even go inside to wash ur hands if u wanted to dine Inn!! Even flies just chilling in the building. More flies than customers!! Avoid this taco bell

Just so you guys know!I get there, went in and decided to go wash my hands first. They have a notice restrooms for customers only.So went back to front counter and one of the female employee glanced at me, no how may I help you or anything close but I do ask for the key to use the restroom and then she said ARE YOU GOING TO BUY ANYTHING? then I proceeded to say excuse me? Then again she repeated the same question ARE YOU GOING TO BUY SOMETHING?To the store manager:Didn't get to wash my hands, your store didn't earn my business and lost a customer for good to that location.Now is up to you an Address the situation And really hope that Corporate looks at this reviews on a regular basis and find out about this MEDIOCRE training and Subsequently poor customer service and needless bad attitude Towards the main reason this establishment still open...

Was lied to by a young man tonight here who said the Cinnabon delights were a breakfast only item when its a dessert as well.(Came by an hour and a half before closing btw)Kinda rude to lie and not do your job because you're simply lazy and didn't want to clean/hassle with the area the food is made because it was closed prior to the store actually closing hours.(Very doubtful the night shift people arent aware of the menu well enough to be ignorant of hours items are served.)
