Terrible shipper! The whole process from checking in to check out is a complete joke and people that are in the office nasty and rude??♂️And if you have another appointed pick up after,just forget it,you will not make it!
Checked in at 1130. Got door at 1330. Loaded and paperwork done by 1530. Was a little short on product but they didn’t have anymore so they said I was good to go. At 1700 got a call asking me to come back to the shipper because the product arrived. Drove an hour and a half back to shipper and then waited for 2 more hours to get a door.

Not go our load pick up was between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm we arrived around 10:50 am and some how they told dispatch the load was read before we got there but when we got there they said it's not then we told dispatch and they said the load was ready but we didn't leave that company with our load until 6:47 pm that's bad it was very unorganized none was on the same page it has been a long day.
