DO go out of your way to come here! It's incredible coffee! Datapoint: I HATE Starbucks as I had time in Seattle to taste real artisan coffee.PRO:- Oaxcan Coffee was beyond good. Great depth of flavor.CON:- A bit out of the way, not main street.SUMMARY:If you're anywhere in Salinas, come here right now!
Crisp and clean with a relaxed vibe. Great background music. Staff was friendly and efficient with really fast service even though the line was out the door. (Out the door because its amazing) Had the Chai latte dirty and it was delicious! Skip the other big name coffee places and come here. You will be glad you treated yourself to a local business.

Set up in a generic mall, but they made good use of the space. Almond milk latte was better than usual, with coffee roasted to perfection. Oaxaca Mocha also excellent. Fair trade coffee makes you feel good about it too.
