My family and I were trying to get food for a funeral , refused to give it without card. My dad was there with credit card info and ID but they refused to give food. Talked about 'Policys' they alerted NO ONE of and refund takes 3-5 business days. I read other reviews and similar disrespect and even food poisoning has happened here. Never going again and I'd recommend the same.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been a customer for over 2 years to this location never again. Manager refused to provide a refund for food that they refused to provide. refused to provide his name. Here is his picture. Do not order from here they will refuse to give you your food and refund if you order online and pay electronically. He did not apologize. Came around the counter, stood toe to toe to me. Threaten to call the police if I didn’t leave and proceeded to do so. Yelling to the top of he lungs “Get the hell out get the hell out!” With the place full with customers. He needs to be a better person. he was mad he was shaking sweating profusely. All over a refund that he feels entitled not to provide. Called corporate they to indicated that this was not under corporate policy and that they would be investigating this matter. I’ll be definitely driving across town to get buffalo wild wings from now on. They provide a superior customer service. They are a healthier option than here. Bad service leads to bad food read the other reviews below many include food poisoning and bad service and refusing to provide names. No name means no accountability. For good or bad. Should provide your name proudly. When providing a service I’d say especially when serving food.

If there were zero stars, I would give it zero stars. I have been ordering from online for this location for the past year. Every single time I go pick up my food they never asked me for my ID or the card that I paid with. Today I was at work and I decided to order some lunch ordering wingstop and sent my brother to pick it up. When my brother got there, they said they couldn’t give it to him because it had to be the person who ordered it and show ID. I called the location and told them that this has never happened to me before, and they have never asked me for an ID when I pick up my food or when I send someone. They told me that they just started that rule 2 weeks ago. I then called back and ask for a refund because they didn’t give me my food that I paid for with my money. The manager was extremely rude and said he was not going to give me my money back. So I basically paid for the food and didn’t receive any food and they kept my money. He refused to give me my money back. I have never dealt with anything like this in my life. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

I love Wingstop, but this particular location has been not up to satisfactory the last few visits. I hesitated to leave a review thinking that maybe it was just that visit that they made a mistake but this last visit has really finalized my impression on the pride they take on serving their customers first of all they always forget an item in your order and when you catch it which I have in store, they have an attitude the last time I placed an order online they forgot one of my sandwiches. I called the store. Nobody answered so I emailed and the corporate office sent me a gift card which I was grateful for this last visit. Once again, they forgot an item. I used my gift card from their last mistake. I called and asked to speak to the manager, I try to explain about what I ordered and what was missing. She rudely cut me off asking what my name was and started stating my order to me and I said yes that's correct but I was telling her that I was missing an item she was too concerned with wanting to prove me wrong, she continue talking over me never once did she apologize I heard her out. I asked her if it was OK if I explained once again, I told her what item I was missing she let a big sigh out and said this is what I'll do for you. I'll give you an IOU for that item only. I think that is ridiculous. The tone she used cutting a customer off not apologizing or making up for the inconvenience.Basically just I'll give you what you paid for and that is it. I asked if I could get a refund and she said nope very unprofessional whoever this manager was that I spoke with Thursday night she definitely needs some training in customer service.
