I went there plenty of times and the people there are so nice and I will go the plenty of more times and the frozen yogurt is so good I recommend to go there!

I have never been to yogurtland but after seeing these latest reviews I no longer plan on going. if this is how the cleanliness of their bathrooms are maintained based on these numerous reviews, just imagine the rest of the store! How disgusting!!!!!! The health department should be contacted immediately.

There was a specific worker that was always super sweet and friendly with us and as far I've seen, any customer. She was not there when I came in so it was a bummer because she usually makes my kids smile a bit if they talk but the yogurt itself does taste good and hopefully we see more great customer service, should improve on the cleaning in the bathroom though..

Went in today to get my favorite local ice cream. But when having to use the restroom, there were human feces all around the toilet. So disgusting!!! I nearly threw up and completely lost my appetite. Left immediately, never coming here again.

I want to give out a shout out to Diego for his great customer service! Diego was friendly, helpful, and delightful! He displayed great professionalism while helping customers! The yogurt speaks for itself, it's creamy and delicious! My favorite it the pistachio! Yummy!

It was my first time coming here, stopped by after work :) I was excited to try all flavors they were all very great! Service was okay I mean it is self served however as someone who works in customer service, I feel like the employees should be a little more courteous with their customers, simply a nice "hi welcome" will brighten up the customers day! But all in all it was a very nice experience. Will definitely go again! :)

Decided to go get some yogurt after having dinner and saw it was going to be closing in 15 mins so me and my boyfriend rushed there and made it by 8:50. As we were walking up someone was walking out and the worker with red pinkish hair rushed to the door and locked it right in front of us. I said you guys aren't open? And she shook her head no even though the sign on the door said 9pm. This is pretty unprofessional and rude. I get people want to go home after a long day but that's your job and your work schedule. Will just go to Myo next time.
I really like Yogurtland, but this time I went I saw that there was an ant next to the coconut yogurt machine. I felt disgusted, I wanted to leave my bowl but I had already added my yogurt. My boyfriend also noticed that the machines were very dirty (as they had brown residue)from behind. Although he didn’t want to tell me because he didn’t want me to feel worse. I still paid for it bc I really wanted some, my yogurt bowl was ok. But I only ask for better cleaning service? I know some places that handle sugary products have to follow a cleaning procedure every 4 hours. Please fix this :(

Bad service. If you close at 9:00 no need to be denying service by 8:40. Should lock doors and begin to clean at closing time not half an hour earlier

The hours on the door say 12-8. 4pm on a Wednesday... doors locked and nobody answers the door or the phone. My family was more than disappointed. What a bummer. I used to really love eating treats here until now.

The worker was very sweet. I needed some assistance with putting toppings on. She accommodated me and her help was needed. I believe her name was Catherine. The store was awfully warm though and it wasn't pleasant sitting inside. Overall the yogurt was nice and I enjoyed it.

Mango yogurt was my favorite, i will never understand why it was taken off the menu, thanks to that im not a huge fan.If it wasnt for my son, i would probably not go anymore honestly
