Prices are out of control compared to the food you get. Bakers used to be a staple in the IE now I feel like I’m wasting my money for what I get in return. This $4 taco and this is what I get.

I ordered two Ground Beef Burritos w/sourcream for dinner, costing me $16. The burritos were filled no more than a packaged frozen burrito. I had to partially unwrap the burritos because there was so much more tortilla than there was filling. It looked like I could wrap two more burritos with how much tortilla was left over. Legitimately ruined my night.

Unfortunately bakers is not the same, they have switched products (French fries, tortillas, meat, etc.) these new items do not taste very good. If something is not broke leave it alone, switching products changes the taste we all know and like. I will no longer being going to bakers.

I've been eating at Bakers for 35 years. My family and I use to love it. After Covid, their prices rose and the food is not as good. They changed tortillas, fries have horrible after taste, and I just got a taco burger with hardly any meat, 3 strands of cheese, and 2 little pieces of tomato. I use to go there and they were always crowded. Now, it's always empty. They changed their buns also. It's sad, I keep hoping they wake up and go back to the old Bakers, but it's only getting worse

Food is hot and the staff are wonderfully trained.The customer service is amazing. Hot fries, melty cheesy burritos. The soda machine is clean and no funky taste.

Please get a new mic and speaker for the drive thru, workers can't hear me , they kept saying "what?"" One small drink extra ice"? No! One large drink lite ice .... I have to repeat myself and they still get it wrong.
Service is really good at this location also clean atmosphere . The burgers could definitely use a little bit more appeal . Other than that good quality and good taste consistent with BakersBurgers.

Ask for no stuff stuff on my burger get it it with it on it . Ask for fresh fries and they just put them back in the oil to make them more oily!!! Place is trash everything about . Even the employees cause they don’t listen to what your ask for !!!go somewhere else don’t recommend nothing

Worst service every. Happens every time we go . It's the nearest one but service is horrible.Whoever rhe manager was last night as we dined in before closing, was extremely rude to his employees. He should not be allowed to talk to his employees the way he did. Very disrespectful and I don't know how those employees didn't walk out on him. Also rude to the customers.

Been coming to this bakers since I was in elementary school and I’m 39 now so it’s been over 35 years now…they still deliver amazing food and never been any problems or anything since they always deliver great food and service…
