okay , hear me out. i got some pupusas yesterday, they were pretty good. one of the best i’ve had (in san bernardino..so far) & they have a deal on the pupusas on thursdays. i paid less than 15 for 8 pupusas. now here is the only thing i noticed , they have a little kid as the cashier. he looks to be around 10-12 maybe . & that’s so cool that he’s helping his family, however , since he’s a child. he doesn’t really have that customer service. which i don’t blame him for. he’s a child. he should be doing his homework or watching movies while settling down & getting ready for bed. again, im not hating on them. i understand that family helps out family, because my family is family over everything as well. all i’m saying is, i feel bad for the kid. other than that, this place seems great. i will possibly be returning(specially on thursday’s ?)

Service wasn't very good. Food was ok, for the price it could have been better. The chicken pozole had whole pieces of chicken, I don't know how I'm supposed to eat that with a spoon, I've never had it with whole tigh and leg, no tostadas or tortillas given or offered for the pozole, we had to ask for some. ALL tables were dirty, customers expected to clean them?!!!??? Unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back.

The place needs more life, the place looks very sad, the service is good but there was only one waitress for the entire place, the service seemed to be very late but I don't blame the waitress, because she served and cleaned and you think it's a lot for one
Wasn't bad. My food got to me in 10 minutes or so. Birria de chivo was ok decent. Towars the end of my meal I had a pretty sour bite of beans. Case of the reviews I choose to not eat the rest if them. Finished my meal. Fingers crossed no stomach issues lol. Not bad.

I havent even tasted my food yet. And they are not busy either. They have at most 8 customers. They have a cashier. And 3 cooks. I placed my order almost 40 minutes ago. I only added 1 extra ingredient to the already 2 ingredient pupusa and apparently its harder to process. They are very polite and nice people. But the inability to process order with one extra ingredient is not acceptable. I do not know that I will come back. I guess after I get my food I can decide. Feeling very frustrated watching other customers who ordered after me eating and Im still siting here waiting.

First time here today and I had the Beef Quesabirria and Beef Tacos w/ queso and birria. The birria was delicious! Very tender and no fat. The quesabirria tortilla was pretty thick and not what I expected but it was good, although, I would not order it again because it is too much tortilla and very filling. The tacos were very good. A lot of meat and a lot of cheese. They are definitely not stingy here. The consome was delicious also but it did have a little bit too much grease for my liking. I know some people like that flavor. The horchata was a 10/10. The service was polite.
