Well I walked into what I thought was Buffalo Wild Wings but upon being seated I actually thought I was in the famous books of "Wheres Waldo?" That's right, the attention to my party was atrocious. The server was nowhere to be found and had to get a hold of different staff members to help us. Staff was so uncoordinated and confused. At one point, after waiting a LONG time to finally order, a random employee brought us food. Literally RIGHT AFTER we just ordered, needless to say that order wasn't ours! ?I mean is this establishment a joke? I am laughing out loud at the fact that this place is located on HOSPITALITY lane and is anything but hospitable. My partner definitely didn't feel attended to.We will never be coming back here. We should have listened to the 1 star reviews.

If I could give this restaurant and server Britney a zero, I definitely would. We sat down and waited shortly to get our drink orders. I asked Britney if we could order our food as well, she said she was only taking drink orders and appetizers. We got our drinks and didn't see our server for close to 45 mins to an hr. I had to get up and ask if we could order already. She's like I have 4 other tables to close. I asked her, "Can I at least order food for my kids?!" She got my kids orders but still took 30 more mins to take the rest of our food order! Once we got our food, she only came once to ask if we were ok. I asked the manager if our gratuity could be taken off since it was a party of 8+ it was automatically added, but why should be have to pay for a service that we are not getting. He explained he couldn't because it was a corporate restaurant and blah blah blah. He was no help. So we were basically forced to pay for bad service.

This place sucks, placed an order online, said it would be ready at 5:23. I get here and ask for the order and get told 10 minutes time, it wasn’t ready yet so I wait, 10 minutes later I ask again and they say it’ll be a few more minutes… waited 5 minutes and asked again, and again a few more minutes… I only ordered 6 mild boneless wings and a ranch… NOTHING ELSE!!! WHY DOES IT TAKE OVER 30 MINUTES FOR 6 WINGS!! And why am I being told a few minutes if they don’t even know what is going on in the kitchen, the lady’s didn’t even go back to check to see the status on the order. This place is a disgraceful disaster and will never be coming back here. My recommendation is to just go to wingstop and buy plain wings and buy BWW sauce from your local supermarket and toss them in that yourself. Time saver and you get the only thing good about this place, their sauce.

I ordered to go the chick taking my order was rude didn't seem to care about her job then I paid $60 for two meals and the chicken bone-in was so dry you had to take a sip of water as you chewed it just so you can get it down I wouldn't go here again

If I could give zero stars I would but my experience here was horrible. I got here around 2:40 and it took a while for the waiter to even stop to ask for my order. I ordered wings 5 barbecue, 5 mango hot, and 5 original hot. Everything was going smooth until 30 mins passed so I asked the waiter if my wings were ready by any chance. She said give me one moment I will check. Another 30 mins passed and I asked again she said “they are holding them right now but ima go check again”. I understand she is busy but the kitchen needs to step up their game. After an hour some random dude placed the wings on the table. He just dropped off the tray and left like nothing. I got my wings but actually they were COLD and the order was completely different. I told the waiter I don’t want them and I left. Wasted 1 hr to WRONG order and just sitting there. Thx buffalo wild wings<3
