Being asked to move out of the drive-through constantly when there’s no one behind me at this location is frustrating. In addition, AI ordertakers is definitely a deterrent, everything is so worried about numbers not client experience. Unfortunately, I will not move from a drive-through window when no one is behind me when I ordered one item just to make their numbers look good, you should do better for your workers because it is not their fault

They are higher priced than any other Carl's I go to. It is crazy to me, I will dive to the other one close by to not pay the extra money.

We live just over a mile from the 40th Street Carl's so, I wish it was good. It's not. In the past six times we went there, we went thru the drive-thru and, every time, we were asked to pull around, park and wait for them to bring our food. Four of six times, the order was wrong. Twice they brought Diet Coke instead of iced tea. One would expect hot food if it's necessary to park and wait. Nope. We have stopped going there.

Typical Carl's juniors, nothing much different than any other one around the area. But there are some differences. Since the place is relatively new, they have better machines allowing them to search you extremely quickly. There was a weird robot ai thing that took my order that felt really weird, but it got the job done. Overall it is one of the nicer Carl's juniors I've been to.Parking: One of the main drawbacks of this spot in particular though, is that it is a very hard to reach area that might frighten newbie drivers. This is because there is a very tight entrance on the west side of the shopping center that leads to a tight entrance to the drive through. If you are a good driver you should be good though.

I just stopped in to this location on my lunch break and I couldn't have been any happier with my experience! I ordered a burger and soda to eat inside the restaurant and it was delicious, perfectly made, and the two employees I interacted with were both super nice! They also had very clean restrooms, you will need to get a code from the employees for it, but it was a very simple process. Kandyce took my order and a young man took my food to the table, though I don't remember his name (I wasn't paying attention but I wish I was so I could tell everyone how awesome he specifically was too), and they were both so friendly and personable! I went to the counter for some extra napkins because my super tasty lettuce wrapped burger was going to be messy in the best way possible and they both had a little funny banter with me and each other about it. It was nice little moment that you don't always get in a fast food place. I will absolutely come back to this location because the service was so good! I can go to any Carl's Jr and get a great burger, but I can't get top notch service like this location has everywhere.

Man just, my whole life I have different favorites for different types of burgers,but the super star is just unbelievably yummy! Just a totally different beast from the dbl quarter pounder!
It was my fault the order was wrong and Titus fixed the order no problem whatsoever burger was hot and fresh will come back because of Titus's service that is hard to find in a worker
