We purchased the prime rib but received standard rib that were so thin all they had were bones and fat. I did not like the fact that they promote a prime quality cut but they mix the standard cut when they give you the order. More than half my order was standard cuts only the top were prim cuts. Over all the marinate was not bad just wasn't to my liking.

I’ve only got the carne asada from here recently, I love the flavor and it’s so good but the 3x I’ve bought the meat and cooked it and ate it I’ve gotten sick! I’ve bought other carne asada at other place and never got sick but this place every time I consume the meat I end up sick and vomitting.

Place is small and the meat is good quality, but the service is bad. The man who helped me pick out my meat was nice with a big smile. He did get me everything I needed. As soon as I headed to the cashier to pay the big lady with the highlights in her hair had an immediate attitude. She didn't greet me or anything I just paid with my phone she handed me my receipt and walked away. She didn't even hand me my items or put them in a bag. I had to awkwardly reach over the other side of the counter to get my things and leave. I normally don't leave reviews, but the service wasn't great. The meat on the other hand was fresh and good.

Ever since I tried the meat at this place, I never went back to another spot. The customer service is top notch and the quality of their cuts are just phenomenal. I bought the marinaded Ranchera and some tasajo that I marinated myself. You really can't go wrong with their marinated ranchera. It's a classic carne asada pick for any occasion and the flavor is just perfect. It's not too salty and the meat is very tender. Solid 9/10 The tasajo though? BOMB It's thicker than the ranchera so you're able to get some nice grill marks on the meat while still having a slightly pink center. I personally prefer my meat cooked medium and this cut makes it absolutely perfect for me to cook it just the way I like it. This cut, in my opinion, gets a 10/10. I recommend this place to anyone that wants quality meat at a reasonable price. They offer other meats like Japanese wagyu, frog legs, elk meat, venison, lobster, shrimp, oysters, etc. It looks like a typical butcher shop with some low music playing in the background and don't forget to get there at a reasonable time because it could get very packed with lines out the door at times.
