Normally when this place messes up my order they're good about fixing it. However my past order was beyond repair. I received my pizza scrunched (like moved over in the box), which was no big deal. But it was also undercooked. Like you can feel the softness and taste the doughyness. Me and the people who ate it ended up getting food poisoning. I talked to the manager the very next day about getting a refund and he stated that food poisoning doesn't set in until about 48 hours, he would only be able to credit my account. He also suggested that for the type of order i got i start asking for the pizza well done. I spoke to a medical professional who did confirm it was food poisoning. I ended up just submitting my information to corporate and suggesting they host a training on food Bourne illnesses.

Worst dominos ever I filled out a claim that my family and my dog got very sick from eating dominos and they just keep giving us the run around poor customer service very sad becasue we got very sick had to missWork and kids had to miss school my dog kids and I was was throwing up everywhere and couldn’t control it

This place is awesome! You can order online, pay either online, in store or upon arrival at your place. The deals are fantastic, the food is even better, they deliver on all their promises, theres so much on the app. You have to check em out if you still haven't! Dominos is delicious and they offer many yummy options as well as dine-in and Wi-Fi!

They never have plates to go with our large orders. Stopped giving out parm and chili packets. When they deliver they take at least 40 mins despite the fact I live 3 minutes away. So if you order from these clowns just don't set your expectations too high.
I just ordered and they canceled my order and I called 3 times and no one picked up ! Usually they call me and tell me why, I believe they were too lazy and didn't want to deliver nor make it ! They refunded me but did not give me my TIP MONEY refund back ! Please help me
