I looked through years of previous reviews for this place. It appears that people either hate or love Trevor's Rustic Inn. So you can consider this review an update and a compromise.One review complained that it took half an hour to get a salad. Yes, it took about half an hour to get a salad.One review complained that the bathroom was dirty. If you look at my pics, you'll see for yourself that it isn't dirty. But it is OLD and needs some renovation. (A doorknob would be nice!)We stopped by at 4:45 for the Friday prime rib special (no longer $15.95, now $18.95). The specials are served after 5:30, so we left and came back.The service is slow. One waitress for six tables should be faster. My wife gives the prime rib a 5/10; I give it a 6/10. It was well-cooked but barely seasoned. We asked for water, but it never came.To her credit, when we asked for the bill, our waitress looked horrified and said, "I forgot your waters!" After a pause, she asked, "Do you still want them?"I think it's a better watering hole than a restaurant. The drinks were reasonably priced. I didn't notice if the bartender was being rude. It looked pretty calm at the bar.

I've been here many many times. But it's just so dirty I can't believe how bad it is. I go there to be with my friends, but this time there was no room at the bar so we got a table. At that point we thought we should probably eat. We asked for a menu. We were give one. That one menu was disgusting. I began to tell my friend what's with this menu when I turned the page and it was covered in mildew and mold. This is my breaking point. I wouldn't be going back. I couldn't eat my food I was so taken back.

Part of the old Route 66 business loop in San Bernardino built in the 50's.Good reasonably priced food,nice people,good service, heavy duty local dive ambience with 150 yr old wagon wheels from the morman immigration hanging from the open rafter ceiling.

The prime rib is great here. We got fast and friendly service from the owner, Trevor. The drinks were strong, but still tasted just right. All the patrons that were there are very nice people. I buy and sell bars and restaurants, and this place has a lot of potential.

The bar owner Trevor, staff and customers are the best!!! I love this place and highly recommend coming in for the food on any and every day AND Karaoke with Ms. Diane Leahy on Tuesdays and Friday nights from 8pm to close!! There is pool tables, shuffle board, closed in back patio, etc Phenomenal experience every time I come down!! Come down and have some old fashioned fun!!

I went in for dinner and a beer Friday night the wait was very long the food was ok glasses were very dirty need to report to health dept good way to get sick also no hot water in restroom. The servers were not even washing there hands unwashed glasses and on top of all that charged deferent price menu said 12.99 and charger 15.99 when ask dee the person in charge why they don't honor prices on menu she just walked away a said ok just take money from my till very rude just does not care . That's ok I will report them no problem will not pass health inspection.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bar. The bartender had a Snotty attitude just because we came in a big group and she couldn't handle it. If you can't stand the heat, get the HELL out the kitchen. Period!!!
