This is the worst venue ever. It is ran so horribly by management who are morons. This is the only outdoor venue we have left in the Inland Empire and it’s ran so horribly. Vehicle entry and vehicle exiting is a hot mess. It shouldn’t be this way. There’s no transportation from the parking lots to the venue. It takes forever to enter the venue! I don’t have these issues at the other outdoor venues here in Southern California.

My first time visiting Glen Helen ever.. and it will be my last. I'm trying really hard to think of something that went good.. the artist was great. This place is harder to get into than Dodger stadium. Access absolutely sucks! I parked 2 miles away and took a lyft.. an hour later he dropped us off by the 215 and glance Helen pkwy and I walked the rest..There is no sidewalk or hardscape in sight.. dirt and rocks. Nice! Once I made it to the gate, there was a 30-40 mins wait for a security "bag check". After that, there was a 30 min wait to show my ticket.. some people just walked right in as there was too many people pushing in.There was no workers picking up trash or emptying overflowing trash cans all over the parking lot, premiere or not.Once inside, workers, God bless them, we're not the fastest. Took 8 mins to get my 2 drinks not counting the waiting in line..Then to get to get to my seats, there was another 20-30 min line to get to my section. After all that, due to rain, I left early to catch a lyft back to my parked car. I had 3 different employees tell me the lyft/taxi area, a 20 min walk, was in different locations.I asked one of the gate people while leaving if this is the norm. I got back "well we are staffed for 20 to 25 thousand tonight".Jason Alden was the headliner this night. 20k was in line for the restroom!

The venue needs a better way of dealing with foot traffic and people taking up the aisles.. The men's bathroom is a giant mess and is always flooded. Once you get to your seats it's fine but if you need to leave for any reason, expect a huge trek trying to get back to your seat. To enjoy the experience, I would probably get the gold premium seats which have an easy entrance and exit. I have been to far better venues and will likely not be coming back to this one.

Use to love this place...past weekend was not so great. The screen towers for people to see close up of artist were never on and stage was hard to see. When the stage screen was on the camera showed artist back or side view never a great shot of their faces. Lawn seats were great , but the wait to get into venue was not so. If tickets says 6pm then open at that time, not open late. Show technical did not even start till after 7pm

I wouldn't return to this venue for a concert again. I live in the IE but it was a nightmare trying to get into the parking area. It took several hours from being stuck on the freeway. I went to the Jason Aldean concert on 9/30/23. Also, there was a huge line to get tickets checked to get into the seating area. And if we went back out to use the restroom, we had to wait in it again. It's just very poorly managed. They should have additional parking lots with trams that go back and forth. That's not my job but I could immediately think of 10 ways to make the experience better. I feel that they take the concert-goers for granted in how they organize things. My friends stated that they would also never go back. Word will eventually get around. It's a nice amphitheater but not worth waiting hours to get in.

The worst experience I have ever had. The lines were unreasonably long. After two hours, when we finally made it to the front of the line, we were told we were in the wrong line. We were told we were in the ADA line and would have to go back to the end of a different line. While this was being shared with us, a number of people were just walking through. There was no proper security, signage, or assistance in the lines to let us know which line we should be getting into. The women’s restrooms were the worst I have ever seen in my life. There was trash everywhere, there were empty toilet paper rolls, there were empty seat cover dispensers, and there was a woman at the entry rushing people to get out of the bathroom, not even giving them time to wash their hands. Even the cheesy Quake stadium has an attendant in the bathroom, making sure that all the paper goods stay filled. For what we were charged for our tickets, you would think we would have received that much of a courtesy. I hope I never want to come to Glen Helen amphitheater again.

For as massive as this venue is it could have been better managed for the ticket line, lot's of organized chaos, but it seems to work itself out and everyone gets in eventually. Staff was professional and courteous the concert goers were giving off positive vibes, and The Jason Aldean concert was as expected, beyond exceptional, even/especially in the light rain. We were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the whole event was and how wonderful the fans were from beginning to end. Great experience.

I would never be going back to Glen Helen Amphitheater, this place is so unorganized took 1 hour from the time we got off the freeway to get to the parking lot, which is a mile away from the venue. Another hour to get inside the venue, no signs or anything to let people know where the line starts. Everyone was just piled up together, the venue started at 6 and we didn’t make it to our seats until 8:30 pm. This is the worst venue I’ve ever been to. Jason Andean performance was great, but this venue is horrible.

Last night 9/30/23 we went to Glen Helen Amphitheater to see Jason Aldean. To our surprise the original handicap parking at the top of the facility was closed. So they opened an area at the bottom of the hill which leads up to the main entrance. We were told by several employees that they would be shuttling handicapped people up to the entrance. Employees even said they would find out why they haven’t started shuttling people. Never received an answer. We were constantly lied to. Nobody knew anything, it was totally disorganized. This went on for 5 hrs. We arrived at the facility early as we were told by Live Nation Support to get to the handicap area. Finally at 9:00 PM we decided that we are waisting our time and Jason Aldean was taking the stage. I would like you to know, that I would never have purchased tickets if we had known that the original handicap parking was going to be closed. My wife has minimal movement in her legs due to a medical condition. She absolutely cannot walk up a hill. I cannot believe how bad the service was to your customers that are handicapped. There were several people stranded at the bottom of the hill leading to the main entrance.

While Jason Aldean was awesome I have never been so a worse venue. Poorly managed parking I paid $100 for parking and still had to walk 20 minutes to get into the venue. They closed down all but one road into the venue so it took us almost 3 hours to get in even though we arrived an hour early to park. No signs for parking, no lights in the lot, the parking lots looked like they haven’t done any maintenance since it was built. Tons of uneven ground and potholes. The whole event was oversold and people were packed in like sardines on the lawn. Understaffed venue with overpriced food. We will never be coming back.

Jason Aldean concert was awesome! Even though it rained it was still loads of fun! After a few drinks and a couple of shots we were good to go lol

If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Went to see a concert. They did not have traffic control coming into the venue, so that took 1-1/2 hrs! Once we parked, it was a zoo getting into the venue. There was no organization so a million people pushing to get in. That was another hour. Once inside, we had to wait in yet another 1/2 hour line just to get to our seats. Forget about having to use the restroom or getting some food!!! So poorly run! Never again!!!!!

My experience at this venue was incredibly disappointing. The parking situation was a nightmare; it took well over an hour just to get into the parking lot, with minimal guidance from staff, causing massive traffic jams. Once inside, the lines were absurdly long, and the lack of bathrooms for the size of the venue was astounding. The facilities were clearly not equipped to handle the number of attendees, leading to an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Additionally, there were not enough food and beverage stands, leaving concert-goers hungry and thirsty. It's evident that this venue is ill-prepared to host such large events, and until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

The WORST venue I have ever been to. The closest hotel we could find with available rooms was about 12 miles away. We thought we would be fine leaving about 40 mins early to the venue and it took over an hour to even get close to the venue. The parking lot signs were so misleading, although free you have to walk approx 1.5 miles to the venue once parked. Once you get to the venue, it's basically just everyone pushing in to get through as fast as possible with zero organization. Security is so dicey, everyone was just speed walking through the metal detectors and being let through whether or not it went off. There were a lot of vendors for food upon arriving but beware you have about 10 more lines to bypass before being able to get to your seat. Then there's a line to get to your seat and once you're in, there's pretty much no getting out. All of this took about 2 hours into the concert before we could get to our seat. They also do events rain or shine and fortunately for us it was pouring this night. I highly recommend spending the extra cash to get a seat, preferred parking pass, and get there when the lot opens as early as you can. On the plus side we had nice seats lol
