I love this place and have for years. Quality of the food has always been awesome and the staff recognize me when I go, not much else he can ask for. 10 out of 10 totally recommend.

So I wanted to let everyone one know who love salads ,this is the best place for A Crispy Chicken Salad ? so good I have tried several different locations Gus jr's and different city's this is the best place The Gus Jr's on waterman in San Bernardino CA for a fresh Salad I truly recommend the Crispy Chicken Salad got to try applauses to the workers " In my personal opinion the food is amazing" all the menu items are yummy and with inflation has still managed to be affordable ? They always miss giving me one thing when i order my food to go..The short manager guy or team leader is to lazy or acts dum , when customers are waiting to order food there. The girls are better then the guys as customer service.
POOR CUSTOMER SVC. & BAD ATTITUDES! I would give them -0-☆ if I could !! I was in the Drive-Thru before 9pm. 7 MINUTES BEFORE they CLOSED & they wouldn't take my order I pulled up to the window & employees SAW ME pull up, basically IGNORING ME so I honked & said it's not even 9:00 p.m. they DIDN'T even GIVE me the COURTESY of OPENING it to TALK with me... With a scowl a guy said were closed & REFUSED TO SERVE me. This is the SECOND TIME this has HAPPENED in the last 6 MONTHS! WE are REGULAR CUSTOMERS and I'm telling you now... WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Got my tires aligned across the street got a chicken strip and fry plate can't screw it up right nope my food just tasted off kinda foul the fries tasted off like mold kinda then I put 2 and 2 together they haven't changed the deep fryer oil I would not eat here honestly I gave my food too some homeless dude and he said it was ass 13$ in the trash in my opinion don't waste your hard earned money in this economy the staff was nice tho tbh food tho horrible
