Placed a mobile order to pick up inside, made my order wrong, I got something simpleCurly fries, no condiments, extra pickle and leave the onions on, which nothing was correct, and refused to give me a water cup but gave the person after me one.I didn't rush and just waited, let them know I was here, got my food, and sat to eat, but it was bland , only thing fresh was the tomatoes.I'm not sure if the people had a bad day, or if it was me, but I didn't appreciate it ?, I asked for sauce, ate, and left.

You know burgers are only good when they are freshly made not reheated or placed under the hot lamp. I usually like to get sourdough jack w regular fries. Other than that not much to know about Jack because any burger is only good when is just prepared.

Very good service from the staff and fast delivery, and the food is always exact. I have never had problems with the orders and it is very tasty. The bad thing is that there is always homeless outside and it makes the place look bad.

Terrible service, they treat everyone like they're bums just because they have a huge bum population that goes in there. They shut off the drink machine and are very rude about you asking for a refill. The food was beyond disappointing and I probably will never eat there again unless it's free and even then I just don't see any good reason to do so

Customer service very poor . Didn't get my order correct . No big deal . Except for the attitude given by the the girl at the drive thru . She didn't like the fact the I pointed it out on the receipt that I was correct so she gets a manager to deal with me. Even the manager on duty had a poor attitude. Simple order just no lettuce no tomatoes no onion. Then asked for some barbq sauce . That's extra . Only allowed 2 sauces per order. So next time I'll have to place each combo order separate.
