Their menu says they serve breakfast all day but I have been here twice in the last few weeks when I was told breakfast was not being served and no reason given. Super annoying. The drive thru also takes forever! My last visit was on 12/18 at 1:22 am. Employees working then sucked at customer service.

I must say the food here is amazing, those in the assembly should most definitely get a raise. I come here almost everyday and the customer Service use to be so great, but recently in August it had changed to the worse. I recommend only giving tips to those in the assembly line and treating them with respect. Not only that but don't come so often as these people need their rest. :T

I don't usually find myself giving a review but I had to. I was really craving there coffee so I thought it was a good idea to pass by and grab one quick before my sons soccer game. The amount of time they had people waiting is ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes In line just for a dam coffee, some guy even got off his car to see what was going on. I ended up going inside and let me tell you this girls did not look like they wanted to work. When you have people waiting I suppose you do your best to try and get the lines moving. These girls man, they were literally standing barely moving there bodies. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. Beyond the worst place ever

Middle of the day service was really slow, not good when you have only 4 cars in line and the 3rd car is there for 20 minutes. One of the tacos iordered was lukewarm at best and all of them dripped grease.I visit this place regularly. Evening service is much faster and the food is better.

It's been a long time since I was able to say Jack in the Box hit the spot on so many levels. Great customer service food was warm and very good. All of the employees we had contacted with were nice and said hi with a smile on their faces. It's in a newly developed area of the freeway, so if you're traveling here, you go! Thank you for great food and good hospitality.Parking: At a pretty large amount of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes, it does have ramps for the wheelchair to go in safely.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. The worst franchise jack-in-box there is had to be this one. This place gives the impression that slum Jack in Box is the best-selling place. The staff at this franchise, especially the manager, are vindictive and extremely dishonest. They charge my card three times and I didn't even receive my food. I was told it would be refunded in a couple days there are no excuses. Nobody could even respond to my questions when I asked them. Very terrible and disgusting experience at a restaurant that I have always gone to. I don't think I want to go back now.

The first impression is how hot it is in here. The second impression is how filthy it is. The bathroom was dirty, every single table has filth on it from old meals to sauce stains on the tables or chairs. The back in the kitchen is pretty gross too. The service wasn’t the best either. The guy who finally got to us just wasn’t understanding the order. Got the order completely mixed up on what we had wanted. There were 3 people in the immediate area who saw us then ignored us. Told us to get our own tea but then it wasn’t even out, which we had seen and stated. The drive through line was huge and honestly it’s so slow in here with so many people there’s no excuse. No one has any sense of urgency or care. The tea I ended up getting tasted like the burned bottom of the barrel and like it’s been sitting way past it’s expiration. No music or anything playing. This place is seriously lack luster.The fries were stale and cold, the Teryaki bowl was warm but completely filled with rice and barely any veggies and meat. The spicy chicken was good and fresh though.“I quit!” “Me too” “this is my two minute notice” “screams loudly”Like I make jokes like this with my coworkers too but with how filthy this place is and how bad the service. And then the random scream like come on.
