Horrible customer service my food was cold. All I simply asked is if they could look at it”they refused to. I also ordered a hash brown. They never gave it to me”I paid for it”and they would not give me one even though I had a receipt!! this is completely ridiculous. I don’t understand. And the customer service horrible attitude “ come on guys, you have to do better. I will never come back to Jack-in-the-Box.
