I ordered 16 peace original chicken and wen I got home chicken was not original and it was old chicken and very dryI told the girl in the window 3 time that I wanted original chicken she responded by saying okLast time I'll go there not worth it for what your paying KFC is no good no more.If management doesn't care no more about there business then close them downBecause all there doing is stilling money from customers by giving them old chicken

Got an online order from this location and the chicken combo I got didn’t bring the biscuit and even though I put extra crispy they gave me the normal. The chicken was small and didn’t even give me the right pieces. The fries also have a small amount and the chicken was dry.

[March 2023, Drive Thru] I asked to get two "2 for $5" orders, the lady said "We don't have enough" like wait KFC, the chicken place, doesn't have enough chicken? I asked for the manager, and guess what? The employee in question (Named Marisa) confusedly said "I am the manager" with certain uncertainty. She later admit that they did have enough chicken, and could make the order no problem...but it would take 25 minutes...for 4 little wraps? I let her know that I will be reporting her and that location, and you know I did. Marisa, Manager or whatever, fix it or you won't have a job. 1 (800) Call-KFC for anyone wondering. Get your food elsewhere, and please have a healthy day
