They say open 5-7pmDrove over 20 minutes arrived at 6:40 and lady was waiving from inside saying they're closed. Mind you the racks are still full of bread it's not like they ran out. Never again

The bread and bolillo are good. But the truth is that it seems a little expensive to me.The bolillos are good, but sometimes they make them very small, they are mini bolillos.

I ordered a large order of bread for a funeral. The truth is, the bread was very good. Right after it came out they delivered it to me. All the guests liked it. Thank you so much!

I only rated 1 star for some of the fresh pan dulce, some were to hard yeah its been there awhile.the tamales are way over rated, not enough meat and too much maza, but did acually have a good flavor. Not worth the $27.oo ,and the menudo, well, not good, it was watered down, the the menudo had no great flavor as advertized. The menudo you can tell it must have been from last weeks, it was way too soft and a wierd texture to it and too much juice and not enough meat, oh yeah but a ton of homminy. Nope, not coming here again, i'd stay away from this place, but i had to try it ,someone told me it was sooo good, ah no it was soooo bad. Lol ! I wasted $54.00 here

Nov 2023. This place is still a 3 star. I give them 3 because they actually had tamales the day before Thanksgiving. But man their tamales were whack. I don't know why my husband brought tamales from this place again. They aren't worth it. Too dry.Nov 2022 I came here because about 6 months ago we got some tamales on EBT. Recently though their EBT machine has been down for months. Months. I don't know if it's really down or if they just lost their privileges because of selling hot tamales. Thier bakery items are ok. They aren't super fancy or look very delectable. They just look average. I feel that the quality looks better at Cardenas. And when we did get the tamales a few months ago, they were kind of whack. The only reason we were debating getting them again is to save cash since we got them on EBT. But if we did have to pay cash for them, I would not buy them.

The pan is good but the tamales are really dry the pork tamales had decent flavor and the cheese tamales had no flavor at all. The masa could use some seasoning and they are much smaller than the ones I normally order from Lupe's bakery. The employees were friendly.

The bread was decent. The service was atrocious. The cashier seemed super friendly with the man before us. However, when it was our turn to pay, she was cold and almost seemed annoyed at having to help us. She then turned around and completely ignored us. Her coworker realized we needed to be charged and helped us.

I have been coming here my whole life honestly since I was a little kid, my parents would get sweet bread from here on occasion. Everytime they would tell me they were going off to la Luna bakery I would get so happy with excitement and this would lead onto even my teens. This place HAD the absolutely most legendary Mexican sweet bread I have ever tried, never was I able to find a place that had better bread than them, ESPECIALLY with the conchas. Sadly though, it seems those days are now past them as of recently. Not sure if it new management or what, but the quality is no longer there at all when it comes to the bread.
