I ordered online got a pizza and garlic cheesy bread. The bread was stale and look like it had been sitting for longer than an hour. Definitely wasn’t fresh, the pizza itself was sloppy and under done. It seems like at night the quality of food just is bad Between the preparation and the time to go ahead and make the pizza right for the customer. During the day that doesn’t seem like the issue previously and customer service I understand quality keeps customers coming back this is definitely Unacceptable..

naked homeless guy outside and my food took forever and somehow it’s worse than regular little caesars, they also have multiple health code violations online such as use of unclean surfaces and inability to use a cleaning cloth properly. wish i’d known all of this before eating here so just sharing in hopes to save some people :/

I ordered online at 6:15pm 2 basic pepperoni pizzas. Got a email notice that my order was ready at 6:39pm. When I arrived at 6:45pm they said my food was not ready despite the pre-order. I had to wait 15minutes more for my order to be ready. 2 people in front of me walked in and ordered my exact order and walked out. Had I known it was faster to walk in and order then pre-order I would've done that. I expect a basic pizza that is sold all day long not to take over 45mins during a not so busy time.

There’s a sign that says it’s open and but it’s NOT!!!!!!!!! Again this store supposed to be opened. I’ve been waiting here Outside of the store because I can go in because the door is locked. My friend put in the order online but when I got here the door is locked the door is locked but there’s a sign that it says that it’s open. I’ve been out here since 1030 right now it’s 1050 close to 11 and there’s no one in the store what the heck!!!! I want my refund!!! I’m never ordering pizza again at this location

Honestly i been having a little issue this past 2 weeks i havent been getting mushrooms on my pizza or jalapeños but when i go order around 6 pm and on i get my topping on each pizza .. Every time i go before that time i only get about 5 mushrooms on my pizza or jalapeños pizza .. the pizza is good dont get me wrong buy im paying extra for another topping sercasticly i should atleast get 3 mushrooms on each pizza this always been my place to go but man dont be stingy with the extra pay topping

Today I sent my son to buy two pizzas ? and they took advantage of the fact that he was a child and sold him some very burnt pizzas without cutting them, and when I told the cashier he got upset and even though my son said that he had sold them to him , denied having handed them over. Very bad service ? and no responsibility on the part of the cooks and managers
It's currently 8:28 and they have the outside and open sign lights off. They had us wait 10 minutes while 3 others in line while they were just talking in the back. I had called in advance to order but no one picked up so when I came in person the store was dead. Terrible place, why would you turn your lights off when you close in an hour and 30 minutes ?

What can ya say about fast food pizza from LCP well it was pizza, it was really fast and it was food. As with anything like this it's not spectacular just calms the cravings until you can get the real deal.

I would save my money! They don't care about the customers at all. There was a girl working and she has really long hair and she was cutting pizzas her hair was hanging in it. The chunky manager with the glasses just sits there on a stool and when you ask to speak with her she sits on the stool around the corner and talks to you from there. She never bothers getting up. I have Autistic children and I needed a pizza with extra sauce and it was so dry they refused to remake it. He said I marked it with a pepper ummm okay it was pepperoni and cheese only because they are allergic and he said that's just how they do things. Never again
