This is one of the places I gave a chance to despite reading very mixed reviews beforehand, and one complaint in particular that stuck out to me was that the service here is poor mainly because it takes a long time to get your food.... from my experience eating here just now, thats a lie. Service was relatively fast even with a generous amount of patrons, I think people are just upset that the staff don't bring the food to you, you get an order ticket and have to go up and get your food yourself, which is totally fine, stop being Lazy people ?Very good food, I had the asada plate which comes with generous portions of beans, rice, grilled cebolla and jalapeño, like 10 tortillas, 3 strips of asada, which almost tasted like it came off the grill outside ?Good food, FAST SERVICE, would recommend ?

Took almost till I was done to get drinks,only after reminding,fish was cold in tacos,and still tried to tell me it was the cole slaw that made it cold...uggghhh ill stop there.

Hace años cuando este negocio empezó se volvió muy conocido en el area por la comida y las porciones bien servidas pero desde hace un tiempo cada vez sirven menos en los platos o en los tacos y a las aguas les echan muchísimo hielo para ponerle menos agua las tortillas de los tacos ya son más pequeñas y le echan muy poca carne por $3.60?? Es en serio?? Alguien ha visitado carnitas Michoacán en Ontario? Son tortillas grandes y sinceramente el taco ni siquiera lo puedes cerrar de lo bien servido que está y valen 3.50 la verdad vale la pena y créanme que no es por el dinero es por la tomada de pelo!! la última vez que fui a Los Altos le dije al dueño (no recuerdo su nombre yo lo conozco desde que empezó cuando antes era una marketa) que porque ahora daban tan chicos los tacos y mal servidos y me contestó "TODO ESTÁ BIEN CARO NI MODO" y yo le contesté que no era justo que le esté tomando el pelo a la gente y solo levanto los hombros como si no le importara!! yo prometí nunca más regresar a ese lugar y algunas amistades que a veces van a comer dicen que el lugar cada vez está más vacío y es que obviamente no he sido el único que ha notado que les están robando y que ese negocio ya no es lo que era antes....definitivamente no lo recomiendo

They're food is delicious. But it takes forever to get your food. Lunch hour or not. A 1 hour lunch is not enough time to get your food, drive back to work and still have enough time to eat.They also don't take phone orders or have the capability to order online which makes it even worse.Parking: It is a small strip mall with multiple shops so finding parking is always difficult.
I ordered the huevos a la Mexicana witch scramble eggs with peppers, onion and tomatoes, which was decent. The beans are rice were nasty. Do not recommend this dish, just my opinion. Will not be returning.

Will never go here. They charged my niece over $3,100.00 on a $31.00 order. She went back to tell them about the error, they took the receipt and didn't give it back to her. Telling her it didn't go through but it obviously did. She did an incident report and had to contact her lawyer to sue them to get her money back.Do not be scammed by this place or use your ATM card because they are THIEVES! Don't support a business that steals from their customers.
