Several items on the menu were not actually offered. The food was okay. The service was okay. The lines were pretty long, but we were all served pretty quickly. Overall, I would say it was okay, not great, but not horrible either.

Been going here since they opened and love the food. Service has always been good and polite. I don't know if they are affiliated with Ono Hawaiian or not, but they're consistently a significant cut above their Ono-named counterparts in the area in my opinion. Dish for dish, they're just tastier. Love the Hawaiian BBQ chicken, chicken katsu, and chicken musubi.
Typical Hawaiian food place. If you’ve been to other ones you’ve been to this one. The guys from the evening shift are pretty fast, and provide good customer service.

Ordered BBQ Beef and was handed jerky. This stuff is dry and tough, way worse than I can do at home. I don't need to pay $13+ for this level of quality. This is night and day compared to what they've been serving, either fix your cooking methods or expect processing refunds and throwing out the rejected food.

We've been going for years and love the food. The last two times we've gone it's been over cooked very dry and cold. I don't know what happened but it's a shame. It used to blow ono and L&L out of the water but I won't be back for a very long time.
