Night manager is rude and closes the window as you try and ask for something. There wasn’t even anyone behind me for her to act like that. When she finally came back she gave me a nasty look for a request of more ketchup. McDonalds needs to change their culture of NO customer service because it out of hand. ESPECIALLY HERE!

Manager was terrible at attending to my experience as i payed twise for another order wich was not acknowledged!!!...no one wanted to place an order at the front desk for the customers!!! ...there was a sign taped up saying to use kiosk only ...no humam interaction at all so i had to pay with a credit card ...the only employee who helped was a curtious young man named george that brought my food out COLD unfortunately since it sat there for almost 20min i then i myself went to complained to the manager ...as she responded that she wouldnt help resolve the issue she just gave attitude to my self and various customers placing orders in the franchise ..the employee who brought my food out was respectful and apologetic for her managers attitude since he felt the tension of the horrible experince i spent bout half in an hour in the restaraunt with other family memebrs and othe customers who had a similiar experince

I prefer to see the kitchen area. I came inside from the drive-thru door and didn't notice if they had a health dept food grade rating plaque. The store appeared clean, but the ladies' room needed attention or fresh can of air spray - thanks due to an exiting employee. I'm unsure how she washed her hands because there was NO SOAP in the dispenser, and that's all I entered to do while waiting for my order.So McDonalds- do your employees use soap when they wash their hands? Because I can't tell and it is cold, flu, rsv and covid season.Please don't invite me to email you - just fix the problem.
