4/16/24 I went through the drive through and I don’t know if it’s a new crew or management but it feels like the place has been turned around ? got my food hot & i came late it’s 1 am and had nothing missing in my bag and extra sauces as requested. Crew was nice and made mytime easy

It is a place that always has constant problems serving the public, they are not ABLE to do two things at the same time, if the drive-thru is open they close the service to the public, or the opposite, if it is full inside they close the drive-thru It's pathetic to see that they don't provide good service, or more so that they don't have the capacity to run a place like this

I walked in. The service was topical for McDonalds. The food was ok, but it was sloppy. The dining room was dirty. The fountain drink was flat; all the carbonated ones I tried.

This establishment 9/10 gets mobile & drive through orders wrong, and their employees are rude to the customer when you follow up with them on missing items. The soda machine is always diluted, the Hi-C orange and Sprite taste like water. If you plan to do a mobile pick up, plan to wait 30 minutes and be sure to double check your bag before the employee leaves.
