Horrible experience!!! I went this place 2 times, I used drive tru when I opened the plates everything with the order was wrong.... when I ordered I see on the screen that the lady put fried rice in my order so I let her know that I didn't ask for rice... so she change the order but the rice still appears in my plate, all the plate in the bottom was rice even in the meat and my Kid and I have eggs allergy.

Panda doesn't offer Sr discounts of any type. Servings at this location are less than other locations. Food is sometimes a little dry.Parking: Usually has available parking.

I got food poisoning recently and still am dealing with the effects and all the pain . The guy there gave me some shrimp I'm sure was super old and not safe to eat and when I got home I couldn't even walk it was a horrible experience.

This place isn't closed! Located in Inland Center Mall. Ordered my favorite: Orange chicken bowl with fried rice and noodles Small drink is free refills Total $10.98 Orange chicken was on point! I love the tangy flavor of the sauce the chicken is cooked in. Fried rice & noodles weren't dry, which means it was freshly cooked. The Sprite tasted funky so I had to switch out my drink. I would give a 5 stars if it wasn't for the funky Sprite. Seth, the employee, just came from the back to restock an item and noticed that I was standing there patiently while the other employee was ringing up another customer. He immediately took my order and even asked me how my day was going. Now this is excellent customer service! Thank you for asking, Seth! Keep up the great service!
This Panda Express was not to my expectations. The orange chicken was as dry as a Popeyes biscuit, the noodles were stuck together and were under cooked, the teriyaki chicken had so much fat and grease stuck with in and had zero flavor. By far the worst Panda Express I've had thus far.

I got the Plate with chowmein, fried rice, Kung Pao chicken, and teriyaki chicken. The two chicken dishes were okay, but the rest left much to be desired. The chowmein looked like highly undercooked ramen noodles, with some of the noodles clumped together. The rice part of the fried rice was undercooked also, making for some tough fried rice. The icing on the cupcake was they had no napkins. With almost 30 years of military service, I've had many a meal without napkins. When in a civilian environment, I EXPECT NAPKINS! Napkins are simply a basic necessity for any food establishment. I had to ask Philly Steaks next to Panda Express for napkins, and they kindly provided me with such. My first time eating at a Panda Express, and most assuredly MY LAST!!!
