I could not believe this I paid almost $40 for two meals and this is the sandwich I get I could literally count the chicken. There is more sauce than chicken never again. It is not worth the wait.

People are nice but they are always behind and are never stocked up. The drive thru line wait time is 9/10 times insanely long times 25+ min. Inside you have to wait in line to get your sip club cup which can take 15 min at times

You won't have a problem with this ghetto place if you get there in the morning because none of them can wake up to get there but the service will still be quite slow and bad. Also the employees are insufficient and inadequate and the place is very dirty. I really did like Panera very well previously and their products are okay but I'm starting to think that they hire their employees like Walmart does. It seems like they hire the most incompetent, lazy people to work there. These people don't even have manners and when something is wrong like if the soda machine is broken they'll just walk up push a button and walk away from you. The kiosks don't work so well and I stood in the line today behind two people for 20 minutes. If you can avoid this location try to and if you can't try to get there early because there's hardly anybody there but it will still take long getting out due to the service, or lack thereof.

Staff did not listen to my ORDER AT ALL. Charged me for cream cheese I said I didn't want, changed me for the wrong items. Didn't want to take my club points for the purchase. Changed me for a drink didn't want to give me a cup after I paid for it. Food was good. Service from management was good..

Ordered a chicken sandwich , wait for long time , check to the front there was a chicken sandwich order named danny , no one to ask , get ignored . Very arrogant worker. Paid 16 plus tips for nothing .
The place is ok. But what make this place horrible is the restrooms. Every time I go to the restroom it smells awful and it looks like no one ever bothers to clean it.I have mentioned this to the workers there they said he take care of it and every time I go it doesn’t change it smells the same and I really feel like they don’t care .It makes me think if they don’t care about the restrooms, they probably don’t care about the food they serve or anything.

For a fast food place, the food was good and the service was friendly. Atmosphere ... is like they want to be a restaurant, but I don't get treated like I'm in a restaurant.I walk up, place my order, go find a seat, and when my order is ready, I go pick it up.Ok ... but restaurant prices.
