First time at Pho 77, i usually go to Pho in waterman and mill street. I ordered dry bbq beef with egg rolls m. The egg rolls got soggy because of the sauce I added. There was a lot of noodle. It didn’t look like much but it is. Beef was tender and not chewy. Service was good. My nephew always ordered #1 and he likes them without tender.

I had been a loyal customer for years and I always order my food in person and I had done it over the phone few times and I had always get great services and good quality food. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time getting bad service and bad food. I ordered over the phone num 76 chicken special and I get something completely different fried rice with shrimp and beef; I called and she was nice and offer to replace I when and picked it up to find out it was the same wrong order. Then she offered to re do it however this time she will charge me and give me 20% off. When they did my order wrong twice.I’m sorry they have become so greedy. they lose me as a customer and my family won’t be coming back.

It's been a while since I visited Myeonggi, and even though it was lunch time, I didn't know there was a Vietnamese noodle dish I like next door because there were no seats, but when I visited, it was clean and delicious.

Was here 2nd time & Ordered rice flat noodles . So it came soupy & the 1st time it was dry as shown in the picture . we asked them about it and the owner screamed at us and did not even acknowledge it. We had come here cz we liked it the 1st time. Extremely rude behavior and not coming again. This behavior made us leave the place and we didn’t even finish the noodles and just paid and left.

It’s my third time ordering from here, pretty good, they are always nice. Vermicelli with beef, very good. I just get it without mint and lettuce, add cilantro. With the sweet and sour sauce! Delicious. Also they include two egg rolls or rolls, I don’t know what they are filled with but they are so good too and I tend not to like them. Anyway, this last time I went I wanted to try something else, I’m familiar with flat rice noodles but with every place they tend to have their own style. They of course make the dishes presentable. They were alright, soft, edible. I’ll stick to my vermicelli. Soon I’ll try something new!
Food was fresh and was served quickly. The menu had a large variety of dishes to choose from. Portion was filling and the restaurant was clean. Good experience

i was fooled when i walked into this establishment. the restaurant was clean, and beautiful.. better then eve seen locally, so i expected my food to be great. i ordered shrimp fried rice and i asked if they have options to make it spicy with hot sauce. they said yes. once i got to work and opened my plate, i noticed they mixed my rice with a handful of chili flakes and not a sauce. i overlooked that and started to prepare my plate the way i like it. first bite, rice was hard but you know i tried to give it a chance. i ate 2 bites and couldn't do it. its like they only cooked the rice for 5 mins. i called to notify them and when i tell you i got the absolute WORST customer service. the man kept over talking me and wouldn't even listen to me. he was ruse and kept cutting me off and had issues with accommodating me. i guess i can say i should've known this place was too good to be true. i would never go back to this place, i probably would've given it another chance if they weren't so rude.
