I ordered on the app but tried to call and cancel. When I called I got the standard thank you for calling pizza hut and then got told to hold they kept me on hold for 10 minutes it's cool I hope they made that order I tried to cancel. Garbage customer service don't go here.

Came in to order some wings only to find out they were dry. I went back in and spoke to Elizabeth a woman with short hair with blond streak. Simply asked if they could add more sauce wings were extremely lacking on sauce. Refused to add sauce or give me a side. Had to pay for a side of sauce, very rude also. I’ll never come here again!
This pizza hut is so nasty!They don't know how to cook pizza's.Every time we got pizza from this location, the dough was never cooked properly.It's always raw and underdone.I don't recommend this location!

I don't usually give reviews and specially negative reviews, but man they deserve no stars what so ever. I have work in customer jobs for a while and I understand the pressure of the customer but they have no right to be so disrespectful.I order a pizza online to carryout.I get there and they told me they didn't have my pizza because who knows why. They try to justify by saying they called me and no one picked. When I had a confirmation and I had wait for at least 45min. They decided to walk away from the window.I didn't even care about the pizza anymore, I just thought they were plain rude.
