I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Pizza Hut, which left much to be desired. From the moment I entered the restaurant, it was evident that the service was lacking.First and foremost, the waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It took an unreasonable amount of time to be seated, despite there being several empty tables. Once seated, it was a challenge to get the attention of our server for even the most basic requests.Furthermore, the cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. Tables were left uncleared, and the floors appeared to have not been properly swept or mopped in quite some time. This lack of cleanliness greatly detracted from the overall dining experience.As for the food itself, it was disappointing to say the least. The pizza we ordered arrived lukewarm and tasted as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The toppings were sparse, and the crust was soggy and undercooked. It was evident that little care or attention had been put into preparing our meal.Overall, my experience at Pizza Hut was extremely disappointing. From the poor service to the lackluster food quality, it was clear that this establishment has much room for improvement. I would not recommend dining here to anyone seeking a satisfying and enjoyable meal... :(

This is where I go to watch my beloved Miami Dolphins ?? This DOLFAN grew up in the 80s and I remember sit down pizza huts with the salad bar & buffet. This location is one of the few sit down pizza huts remaining. Everything is top notch - service, food, and environment are 10+. They have a ton of TVs and drinks are ice cold - OFFICIAL SO. CAL. I've only been here when it was dead, but there are 30 plus TVs, a bar, and a small game section. My wife and I grabbed some nacho fries and a beer. Nice staff. Easy.

Had a blast here.BUT when waiting at the bar Gabriela was too busy on her phone. Had to wait until she was done texting to order my drink. First time here and will definitely come again. But need better customer service at the bar. Gentlemen at the bar was busy. Good customer service on his part. But Gabriela gets thumbs down.

The food is good and the service is friendly but I was surprised this place was half empty and still food and mess remained on the empty tables.

The lady at the food counter wasn't very pleasant after she helped a couple in front of me she tried to walk to the back if it wasn't for that couple and finally stopping her she would've went to the back and never acknowledge me then she acknowledged me and took my order with the worst part was at the bar after prompt service for my first beer I went back to try to get a second and open the tab and a couple that sat next to me after I had been standing there for five minutes was able to order a drink first and I was never acknowledged again I thought I was invisible so I close my tab and I left no big deal but that kind of service kind of irks me

Great place to watch football on a Sunday
