Me and my fiancé ordered today from this Popeyes on the North end of San Bernardino and what shocked that the entire order was done correctly. The cashier's name is Eryzabet (I think I spelled it correctly). It's a very cute name. But she informed us of the wait time and checked on us and most importantly got the entire order correct. Popeyes need more workers like her, hands down!
This has to be the SLOWEST Popeyes in the whole country!!!!!! If you don't have 2hrs to wait for your food, don't even bother!

Order is always wrong.... Again I just ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 5 piece chicken tenders and got 1 chicken spicy and 1 classic sandwich and a 3 piece tenders instead of what i paid for. Definitely not going back!

Chicken was great, service was not. Me and my boyfriend we're trying to use our rewards points but apparently there is a system problem with the app so they did not honor our points. The manager was the one at the register, but seemed to know nothing about this. They also only had thighs available last night. So my boyfriend went to the Popeyes in Fontana today and explained the situation about the rewards points, and they were kind enough to explain and compromise with us. Now that's good customer service! This isn't the first time that I've been to this location. Me and my boyfriend went on opening day and let me tell you it was a shit show We waited over an hour for our food you would think that they had more people working, especially on opening day when we finally got our food, it wasn't even the whole thing took us another 15 minutes just to flag a worker down to get the rest of it. There were other families around us that were having the same issue and had been there longer than us. The photos I have attached are from when I went on opening day, the food was great.. the food is usually great The service just isn't so if you're willing to be patient with that and pay the overprice then I guess it's worth it when you really are craving some damn Popeyes
Why does every Popeyes service on crawl mode, I've never seen efficient service at any Popeyes, wtf everything is made in batches 12:25pm order, 12:41 received order. It wasn't busy . Positives, front service great and friendly. Restaurant was super clean, above average.

I drove to this one to try it out since the other ones in the surrounding areas aren't the friendliest and frequently get my orders wrong. The staff here were super friendly and well worth the drive. I ordered all dark meat and they informed me about the potential wait which wasn't an issue. I waited and every step of the way from the ordering to the window to the service at my vehicle while I waited out front was exceptional. All of the staff were friendly and my food was fresh and correct. Thank you for making my night and giving me excellent customer service.
