Food was so gross! First ordered a bacon cheeseburger and of course I'm not expecting gourmet burger but I should have gone to a different fast food chain. Cheese tasted weird, bacon was so fake it was salty. Regular burger had mustard and I'm not sure if that's their thing but no good. Fries weren't bad so I guesss that the only good thing.

I ordered my food online 60 plus dollars worth And I went to go pick it up about a 15 minute drive I get there and no one is in drive thru so I enter the drive-through , they park me The guy comes out with my food, hands it to me All bagged up and taped up, ready to go I drive home 15 minutes. We set the table and we all gather to eat. Only to realize they didn't give me my main course burgers three of them to be exact. I was able to try a bite of my garlic fries , a bite of a wing and a bite of a tender, which, by the way was only half coated with Buffalo and the other half of the side Dry. I was not able to sit down and eat due to having to drive back another 15 minutes to go to the food They left out , they did compensate me a shake, but I feel like that was not worth 60+ dollars that I spent to not be able to enjoy the food. The burgers are fresh when I picked them up, but all the food that I picked up prior was all cold, and was not able to enjoy with the burgers that I recently had to go back and pick up From what I was able to taste, don't get me wrong the food was absolutely amazing. I just wish I was able to try all at once and actually sit down with my family and enjoy it. It was our first time but we are willing to go back and try again.

Ordered mozzarella sticks and got no mozzarella sauce, order garlic Parmesan wings and pay 299 for a side of ranch, did not receive the ranch with my wings. I ordered loaded fries, but got no silverware to eat them with no napkins in my bag either why even put the to go order together if you’re not gonna give them the things they paid for or the things that go with the meal? This was their delivery service by the way. So not excuse to say they didn’t know it was Togo… when I called twice to get refunded for the sauce or at least some way for them to make it right since I didn’t have a ride at the time and they hung up on me twice said it’s not important right now on the last one.

Order the sourdough cheeseburger meal empty drive thou but was told to park in the front took 15 min To get my food... Burger was cold, more vegetables then meat, flat soda , cold fries....
So delicious, great prices and I love their cheesecake sundae.

I don't understand why there's people inside if there's closed, supposedly.
I was told my a man who said he was an associate on Christmas Eve 20 23 in the drive through at 9pm that they were closed than I was looking around for another one that might be open and accidentally called and he told me over the phone that they don’t close til 10 but when I told him I was just there he said they were closed to clean up which seems extremely odd and like he just was playing games for no reason I’ll never go here again. Terrible service
