Look it's not fine dining but if you want some good Pizza you really can't go wrong with Sbarro. It's nice and quick, tastes real good, the dudes behind the counter are doing their job about as well as you can, it's just some nice food man. If you're someone in the Mall, might as well grab a Pizza and if you're craving a Pizza like I oh so often do, this is a good choice. Again, nothing fancy, but it just tastes good as long as you're not stuck up.

In the one located inside the inland center mall: They never have spaghetti noodles . 2 hours until closing time and refuse to make more. The food is dry and old . This place used to have good customer service .

My dad would bring us here as kids. 30 years later, it was still good right before the pandemic or before management changed. Not all pizzas types are available all the time. Quality does vary. Sometimes, it's great, and others topping come out of sauce.

Is this place going under? My daughter loves this place but for last couple months they don't have inventory. No parm cheese and pepper flakes for there $6 slice of pizza. No croutons for salad. They only have cesar salad now. No more garden salad. Very disappointed

What time does this location in Inland Center close? I legit just asked a few moments before leaving at 7:30 on a Thursday night & their cashier and they said they were closed already. Beverage dispensers were empty, nothing but empty pans and ice in the display area. Website says 8, location tells differently.

Always have loved their pizza and other foods they sale on many malls. This particular place, the worker wanted to give my kids old slices of pizza, instead of the fresh ones. I told him NO, I m paying for nice fresh slices, he replied “ I can’t sale you fresh ones” I walked away.

I ordered an x-large pizza that cost like 20 bucks, and I had waited for almost half an hour. When I got the pizza and went in for a bit, the toppings started coming out from the pizza, and I got disappointed.

Very poor customer service. Manager lied to me stating first order was not pieced together from slices sitting on display by placing several slices together to attempt to make a whole pizza stating "we don't do that here" but pizza was incomplete. I could tell there was a large gap and uneven. Manager offered to make a fresh pizza. On the second pizza, Employee did not take care of pizza, left it in the back of the oven on purpose which resulted in pizza getting overdone almost to the point of being burnt. Manger proceeded to gaslight me stating it was not overdone. I requested my money back and left to never go there again. The poor customer service ruined my evening. The prior visit a few weeks prior I had placed my order at 7:20 and it was ready for pick up 15 min before closing and when I came to pick up order at the time it was to be ready there was no pizza made and manager stated they stopped making pizzas at 7pm. When I placed the order there was no indication that the order could not be fulfilled. Manager then said she could give me my money back. I had traveled 16 miles to pick up pizza and going to leave empty handed? The manager could tell I was not happy. So the manager offered to make the pizza. The pizza came out good. So I asked the manager what was the cutoff time to order. She told me 7pm. So then I placed the order 2 weeks later thinking everything would be ok because I had ordered my pizza at 6:30 and was ready for pick up prior to 7pm. But instead of making a fresh pizza they consolidated several pizzas to attempt to make a whole pizza which did not work out because you could tell it was cold and uneven and didn't even make a complete pizza. The manager there is inconsistent and can tell is toxic person due to gaslighting her customers.
