I typically never leave negative reviews regarding a business, but this was necessary as a business owner. As I walked into this store to pick up a mobile order, I noticed that the store was filthy. The floors were sticky, the mobile pick had stains, and the trash was full. Also, some baristas greeted me with a "welcome" but seemed forced. All the baristas working on the floor looked miserable, unenergetic, dispirited, etc. This reveals a lack of outstanding management skills. Without outstanding management, a business will not thrive. I hope this review reaches the right audience, which is corporate. Most of the reviews I've read regarding this store are negative, which makes total sense. I will not be returning to this location. GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE!

Starbucks is getting way too full of themselves. The staff feel they're kool and that they know everything. They have so many orders that if yours varies even a little bit, it will be wrong. Get ready to wait some time for them to correct it. Liberal vibe is too overwhelming now, not a place where everyone is welcome.
